Pretty good / central location

Room was tiny, had a funny smell, and a/c was inconsistent. On site restaurant was a complete failure for dinner. First to sit down to eat, and two hours later they seemed to have forgotten about us. Charged us for “welcome” drinks that were supposed to be free, and never received dessert on 3-course restaurant week meal. Finally got up and left out of frustration.

Compact hotel. Good for a base to explore city. No swimming pool

The room was nice, clean and they had a parking garage. The staff were nice and very friendly. I would love to stay there again!

Good location, solid hotel & facilities

It felt not as clean and in shape as expected (towels were really smelly) , difficult to access if there's a lot of rain and hence water in the street in front of the hotel

Only 1 person fits in the tiny reception area and respective elevator hallway. The floor of the 1st floor hallways need some urgent cleaning. If you have a heavy suitcase…. Good luck. You’ll need to carry your suitcase from the street to the hotel door by climbing stairs. No handicap access ramp. It it is raining (it was pouring) you’d better be prepared, you’ll get soaked as soon as the main door opens. When I made my reservation it showed as breakfast included. It was not, apparently.

The hotel was comfortable and in a great location near to the beach. The staff were all extremely nice and very helpful. All the reception staff spoke English which was handy. The hotel provided a really tasty breakfast and I was happy they did eggs to order. The restaurant has a nice vibe and is popular amongst the locals as well as hotel guests. I ate there a couple of times and enjoyed some very nice meals.

Only one small issue; the room has a fridge with a mini bar but did not provide glasses to go with the drinks. We solved this by taking a couple of glasses from the restaurant.

The location was a bit dodgy especially at night better to go by Uber or taxi.The room was sandy when we arrived was cleaned every 2 days.The room had no space to store shorts or tee shirts etc, this is more a businesspersons hotel.

Staff was very nice and polite. They went above and beyond to make us enjoy our stay and have the best experience possible. Location is great. Even though the parking lot is limited, it's close to many different POIs, so taking an Uber or Taxi wouldn't be a problem.

Room was comfortable but very tiny. I'd advise people traveling with suitcases get the largest available room. I had stayed there before and definitely missed the room at my first stay. Bathroom was also too small for two people.

Bathroom wasn’t clean. There was an air exit extremely full of dusty.

I loved the bed and the comfort. easy check in. quick and simple. great breakfast. I loved the food and the staff. Very receptive people.

My room had some mold on the wall. It would be great to fix that and paint it.

The location

The car park is terrible. If you care about your car, please do not go to this hotel. Firstly you are required to pay $15. The car park is very super hiper small. Besides that the hotel has made it public. Come on. There aren't even space for its own customers..... The parking lot is so tighten that you can't open the car's doors (I am very sirious). You are obligated to leave your keys down there in case your car has to Be moved (damn It). I'm addition there are situations that your car is parked outside the building because of the lack of space. The experience was terrible. I was happy to be there for one night only and hope never go back anymore. To sum up the hotel doesn't worth it whatsoever. Choose other one, you will thank me.

Hotel has the basic needs, comfortable and clean room, very adequate to for the price. You shouldn’t expect a luxury hotel, but you are not paying for that, either. Location is a plus, a few blocks from the beach and near many good restaurants and a shopping center.

Lack of a larger sitting space with tables, at the lobby, or near the lobby. Steps leading to entrance door (harder on older people).

Location was excellent ans staff were very friendly.

Lack of communication, essentials like blankets, toiletries, extra pillows, decent TV... And room and bathroom were not clean.

breakfast is served in the room, but to be bad it has to improve a lot, horrible coffee, little amount of bread and poorly baked, eggs without flavor, not worth the amount charged, better to go have breakfast at a bakery
