Please note that renovation work will be carried out from 05/02/2027 to 19/03/2027, from 30/04/2027 to 11/06/2027, and from 13/08/2027 to 15/10/2027, and guests may experience some noise or light disturbances. Guests arriving late, on Sundays, or on public holidays are advised to contact the property before their stay to arrange their check-in. Please note that all guests need to provide a valid ID, driving licence or passport in order to receive room keys. Failure to do so may result in occupation of your booking not being permitted. Please note that full payment is required at the time of booking. Please note that for group bookings of more than 12 guests, additional deposits and indemnities are required. This resort imposes group limits and booking conditions, and has special check-in procedures for group bookings of 12 or more guests. Please check directly with the resort as soon as possible after receiving confirmation of this booking. Please note that, to ensure well-managed access to backup power during load shedding, the resort operates generators in defined time slots. Please note that during the annual student week period (typically from late November to early December), guests under the age of 25 may only stay at the resort if accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 for the full duration of the stay. A refundable breakage deposit of R3 000 will be required upon check-in during this period. If your booking for this period is not for the purpose of student rage week and you wish to make alternative arrangements, please contact our Reservations Office. Please note that all group resorts will become cashless effective 1st September 2026. All payments at Leap Adventures, Food & Beverage outlets, Shops, and Body Bliss will be accepted via approved electronic payment methods only. A damage deposit of ZAR 1000.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
