360 Country Hotel

The hotel was quaint and the location good. The breakfast was disappointing, coffee was good.Staff was very friendly but the wifi was too slow to even log on and work so I used my hotspot.

We were positively surprised how nice the hotel was. Beautiful design of every detail, friendly staff, excellent food and stunning views of the mountains. I wish we could spend a few more nights there as the city looked very cute and worth exploring.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality and friendly service. The room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable — a true home away from home.The attention to detail throughout the hotel was remarkable, showing real care and pride in everything from the décor to the service. The food was another highlight — every meal was delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared.Overall, it was a perfect stay and we would not hesitate to return. If we had to mention one small thing, it would be the layout of the room. The bed faced the window, which made watching TV a bit awkward . It’s a minor design choice, but one that might stand out to guests who enjoy relaxing with a show in bed.

The hotel is strikingly beautiful and it's interior is exceptional. Staff is always friendly and very helpful. Open coffee bar and the 360 degree view of the beautiful views makes it such a pleasant stay. There are two paddle courts for the use by the guests. The restaurant far exceeds any other restaurants that we visited - the food were fresh and exquisite. The hotel hosts made us feel like we were part of the family. Thank you!

Location, staff, comfort

Probably the most thoughtful and well-designed hotel I have stayed in. It perfectly marries the professionalism, anonymity as well as the gamut of offerings such as breakfast, in-house restaurant, spa etc., synonymous with traditional hotel stay, with the charm and informal characteristics of Airbnbs. The decor is a feast for the eyes. The Hotel is nestled in a valley and offers breathtaking 360 views - I surmise that is where it gets its name from. Staff are amazing. Incredible value for money.

The initial request for a deposit, even though we had already paid for the stay, was unpalatable as it presupposed that my partner and I were bandits of some sort. Even if it is done owing to individuals who have nicked items in the past, it is poor taste to essentially make future guests pay for the misdeeds of past guests. The deposit is not in keeping with the stature of the hotel as well as the calibre of guests that ordinarily frequent such an establishment. That practice needs to be scrapped and other mechanisms should be put in place. I have never been asked to pay a deposit at any hotel i have stayed in, and i have stayed in a myriad hotels.

Parking inside is tight if the hotel is fully booked. My car could not be secured inside for one night of our weekend stay. Breakfast is advertised in our room advertisement info board as starting from 6:30-11:00 daily but it only really starts at 8am. On Sunday of our weekend stay we planned to go breakfast at 7:30am but had to forfeit our breakfast plans as the team only really arrived as we walked in.

The little thought put into everything- from the code to enter the room to the phone number you had to call to open the main gate. I LOVED the shower and the spa facilities on the premises. Everything was state of the art.

I didn’t enjoy the restaurant experience. Thought it was overpriced for the amount and quality of the food. It also took a long time to be prepared.

The service from Jeniffer was beyond exceptional. She was very accommodating even though we were running late We appreciated the thoughtfulness and care that were taken from the in room services to the restaurant quality food we received.I have to say, 5 star experience when it came to the dining. We indulged in the complimentary deliciousness, all-day coffee and rusks, sherry any time of the day and the extra touch of little treats before bed. Every bit of a Heavenly experience. I would most definitely recommend 360 Country Hotel and will most certainly be returning to this fine, luxurious establishment.

The location of the hotel very convenient, close shops and restaurants. The hospitality and service from the staff was incredible. The food was amazing and affordable. The hotel's room featured stunning antique decor that was truly remarkable.

Consider providing a variety of options for breakfast instead of sticking to a standard menu; perhaps a buffet would be a good idea.

I liked the hotel and decor, plus the rooms. The bed and pillows are topnotch, felt very comfortable. Also the curtains, the room was so dark and nice. I wish they had more than 3 options for breakfast though, that's the only thing I did not like.

Everything at 360 Country Hotel was superb. What a relaxed weekend, most comfortable queen sized bed that we've encountered at holiday destinations. Attention to detail in every way to make guests feel welcome, from the food to room plus decor. Check was hassle free. Will be back!

A brand new gem in Clarens. Modern hotel stylishly decorated, excellent service and friendly staff. The manager, Chrisna, went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and at home. Good breakfast, spacious room and bathroom. The hotel is conveniently located from the center of town. The evening knock on the door to deliver a delicious sweet treat is a special touch and attention to detail! Thank you! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A lot of thoughtful effort has gone into this little place—quirks and all. The in-house spa completes the retreat-like experience of the whole town.

The youthful staff were friendly and helpful but they can benefit from a bit more experience. This can only elevate the customer experience.

Breakfast different but good. Location average but nice enough. Service friendly. Actual hotel and rooms outstanding.

The bedside lights were poorly designed. Hard to focus them on reading material. Also, the switches for the bedside lightswere not well placed behind the large head board.
