We loved our stay here! Our room was beautiful and the Mountain views were stunning. We even had dinner here and the food was good. I can highly recommend.

The room was comfortable although a few more blankets would have been welcomed. The breakfast is nice but nothing spectacular. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

There is no door on the shower so water goes everywhere and it's cold.

This is such a cozy place. The rooms are well kept, even though it was colder weather we had AC and electric blankets. Which I appreciated. Room service is also great!

Friendly, professional staff. The hotel is surrounded by mountains in a stunning part of South Africa. Rooms are clean with all the necessary amenities. We ordered room service after a long journey, which was delicious. Breakfast was included.

Breakfast was nice. Spacious rooms for kids.

Our room smelled of smoke everytime we returned from somewhere and we are not smokers.

Breakfast was delicious and the menu changed daily. The room was very spacious, bed comfortable and mineral water was provided daily. The view was magnificent especially at night.

It would be nice to have some fresh bakes like scones and/ or muffins for breakfast.

The bathroom has no extractor fan, so the bathroom gets misty, and the mirrors in the bedroom get misty.

Loved the attentive staff, the comfortable room, the large shower, room service. Did not enjoy the tiny, tinny TV with not enough entertainment channels, though lots of sports. The View from the room was incredible.

The chalet was good for group travel but there needs be breakfast option.

The family room not ideal for unrelated adults in a group travel. It is basically three beds in one room ??‍♂️

The staff is lovely and friendly, shout out to Miriam and Lebo at reception.Suggestions: 1. PLEASE renovate the dinning area? The wooden chairs and tables are rather uncomfortable, especially for people like me with a back injury. 2. PLEASE stock up enough alcohol. The wine list is rather limited and Bisquit was the only cognac available. My partner couldn't enjoy himself because you didn't have other options like Hennesy.Thank you for a lovely stay.

Morning traffic noise was uncomfortable. Breakfast buffet could have been better. More variety. TV channels should have a better selection

An overall good stay. Lovely location in terms of view annd convenience and a nice breakfast.

We had 4 beds in our room the double/queen bed was very hard for us. The other beds seemed fine.

- Breakfast was lovely.- Staff helpful in lending us an iron and ironing board when needed.

- The shower was messy because it didn't have a glass door. - The bathroom felt a bit squashed for a couple.

The Breakfast was great. Great variety to choose from. The staff was lovely. The room we booked was comfortable. The Dinner we had upon arrival from the in-house restaurant was also delicious. The views from the hotel were breathtaking.
