Nice staff, nice location comfortable room

The location was nice and the rooms were clean.

The executive suite is advertised as ocean view, but we could not see the ocean from our window.

Staff were awesome! Hotel was comfortable and food was good.

Some maintenance in the bathrooms is required for comfort and safety.

Although we made a reservation with a deluxe room discount from booking, the staff at the reception refused to go to us by saying that we could not stay in that room for this price. after about 2 hours they agreed to give us the room. there was also an incredibly loud party at the nightclub right next to the hotel and it started at 8 o'clock. Although I called the reception several times, the receptionist stated that they could not do anything. I spent the whole night without sleep

Hotel is well placed in town. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Ambiance is good. Food is good. Rooms are clean spacious.

Air-conditioning was not cooling as required. Next day they didn't put a towel in the roomThey put back the same used soap back for me next day.

The hotel is in town. I enjoyed the walk around after work & did some shopping for home. Close to the airport

The WIFI very weak in room. PLEASE improve. Also you need to accept American Express Card

Air-condition needs to be fixed

The air-condition in the room turns off every hour or so automatically. In all rooms ( my collegue faced same issue) and you have to wake up many times in the night to switch it on. You can't sleep continuously.

Luxurious hotel in a good, central location in Mtwara - close to international ATM and bus services.The staff are kind, friendly, fluent in English and very welcoming.Good restraunt, bar and generous breakfast. Menu has a good range - including vegetarian, Swahili, Indian and European cuisine - as well as quality coffee.The hotel is very proffesionaly managed - clean, comfortable, with outside areas and pool.Good wi-fi throughout the hotel.Recommended for business or travel customers.
