Inka Home Boutique Hotel

The property is only a 10-min walk to Cusco’s main squares. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the best breakfast I’ve had.

This is just to help set expectations, the room was tight, we had two large suitcases and while we made it work, it was tight to work around them. I do wish there had been a full length mirror, an extra trash bin, and a safe in the room.

Staff was incredible! I do not remember the gentleman's name, but he was so kind & thoughtful. He prepared a bag for us to take with snacks because we had an early flight the next day. We were there for just one night with an evening arrival and everything was perfect. I highly recommend it and would stay here again.

My room had a window but no sunlight whatsoever. Room was dark but otherwise no other complaints.

Everything! Their design is amazing, I loved the rooms as well. The lobby is so pretty with authentic design details. They have some delicious breakfast, a wide choice of food and drinks. I’d love to come back to Cusco just to stay there one more time. The staff is also very friendly and responsive.

Clean linen everyday, breakfast is wonderful.Hotel staff are super friendly and offering assistance throughout my trip.

No kettle please bring your own or go down asking for hot water

Great location with only 5-10 min walk to the main plaza. Super friendly staffs who show us around on the map.

The room is facing a busy room but was very quiet for us. Though some people says the room is noise but we didn’t hear any noise with window closed

The staff were lovely, and when my friend had gotten a case of altitude sickness they were very helpful and were helping us come up with solutions. They also offered free Coca tea, which also helps with the altitude sickness.

The rooms could've been cleaner, but nothing to really complain about.

Proximity to main square and walking distance from many points. Staff were friendly and always willing to assist and recommend places and things to do. Room size was perfect for 2 and a great base for our Cusco adventures. Breakfast had great option

it might sound picky but id say some better pillows. The rest was perfect.

Located in downtown, just few blocks away from the main square, room were spacious and clean, staff members were so helpful and friendly, breakfast was a plus! I totally recommend this hotel if you want to have a great experience the city

Everything was perfect!

Breakfast was small (1 toast + juice + coffee) but food was good.

So first of all is shower as you need it much after and before Machu Picchu. And you open it and wait 10 to 20 minutes and it’s barely warm. It’s so frustrating. Then it’s no soundproof and you hear every other room’s conversations and music. Then it’s windows facing other rooms! We such windows overlooking our bathroom and bed. You literally cab see someone’s bed. Then it’s 10am check out and every other hour is for additional payment. Not a good but a stiff bed from 2 different mattress of different heights. Oh and toiletries are empty. And some hairs in bathroom. It’s much worse than hostals that are twice cheaper. We hadn’t such a bad one for a long time.

Breakfast is awesome. The lounge in large and comfy. Staffs are poilte.

The separation of shower place from the whole bathroom can be improved. It tends to come out and wet the whole floor.

Good reception staff. Questions were answered promptly

Although "soundproof " was listed, hard floors echoed all voices, movements etc
