Pros +
- The staff was remarkable. Helpful. Proactive. They did everything possible to make our stay the best ever.
- The location is perfect, one block away from the Plaza de Armas, the room was fairly spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable.
- Excellent service, excellent breakfast, staff very friendly and attentive
Cons -
- The 'room with a view' was a little laughable as the view was a little underwhelming to say the least with most rooms viewing a stairwell, wall, or pipes. However, the hotel was pleasant, quiet, and the breakfast was fantastic.
- Some noise through the windows from the street, some irregular level of one or two steps in the floor that we were at.
- Rooms with view to the square are very noisy. Internal rooms are OK

Location, location! Very clean staff nice and helpful. We will stay again.
Very central, right in the middle of the historic centre. Great staff, very clean and convenient for all tours
Location. Next to Plaza de Armas.Service was attentive
Room next to street, quite noisy.Breakfast quite basic for the price.
In the middle of town and near everything. Very clean and reasonable price. Staff was always willing to help.
No complaints.
Excellent location, friendly staff, water dispenser, free tea available
The staff was simply amazing. My husband got food poisoning: the cleaning crew made sure the bathroom was impeccable because that was where my husband spent the bigger part of two days. Casa Andina doesn’t have room service, but someone from the reception actually went to pick up chicken soup for him from a nearby restaurant. The people from the restaurant (where they serve breakfast) were always super attentive, and the security crew always greeted us with a smile. It was simply a fantastic experience, every time we interacted with anyone.
Great hotel, exceeding expectations. Friendly and competent staff. The coca tea is obligatory for altitude acclimatization. Location very near the main plaza.
Beautiful hotel, well located by Plaza.
Out of the hundreds of hotel rooms I've stayed in, this was the LOUDEST room EVER. Rm 217 is at the crossroads of 3 hallways, with all hard surfaces (no carpet or acoustical tiles to absorb noise). I could hear the squeek of every shoe. It was worse when people arrived back late to the hotel a bit drunk and loud.
The location was perfect. Easy walk to restaurants, San Pedro Market. Staff was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants, money exchange etc
Location was great. Rooms very comfortable. Also nice to have complimentary tea and water available 24hrs a day in reception.
The breakfast was terrible. The juices have been watered down to the extent that they taste just like water. The breads are all low quality and there’s very little choice of fruit. The yoghurts are also really runny and there’s no nice granola. They also run out of things like cheese and eggs. I also found the staff less than helpful at times.
Loved the location. Breakfast Was good.
The toilet was so close to the sink. Then there is a small separation in between the walls in room 332 where you hear 334. And we heard them from 4 am on. My wife said 1:30 am. Loud window was open. We left early but that extra hour of sleep would have been nice
I liked the location as it is right in the square and easy to get to things. The breakfast was a nice spread.
1 booked 2 rooms as I had to stay and extra day. 1st 1 was a double bed located on the middle of the facility, which was really quiet. Then I moved to a single bed which had a winoldow and view, which was awful. The constant horn beeping I mean constantly all hour of the night left me wide awake and tired throughout my stay. Perhaps the management can either put in sound proof windows or provide ear plugs. What a joke.
exceptional hotelvery friendly staff..always smiling and trying to see how they can help more.high standards great breakfast. When they knew that we were leaving very early, they had a bag of breakfast ready for us.
Nothing really
Excellent location. frendly staff. special to alfredo and manuel for their help . thanks
Perfect location ,customer service was great breakfast and amenities were excellent
Maybe too many rules .. we asked for extra pillow and towels and they told us they were not available . Also we wanted to take some breakfast before our trip to Machu Picchu but they said the box from breakfast it was a certain time ( after we left) and we couldn’t take breakfast before that time .
Location only
Staircases all over the placeTo get to your roon is like a mazeNo in house restaurant.Very small room and bathroom180 dollars is ripoff
The location was great, right around the main plaza in Cusco. Made everything easily accesible.
The wifi changed daily and so we would have to call down to reception to figure out the access code. Noises echoed throughout the hotel and the room itself, making it difficult to sleep.
