Cons -
- Slightly cold at night. Hotel staff very accommodating and provided us extra fleece blankets.
- Breakfast was good but could be better
- Pictures are deceiving. The room was very small, I had no window and after I complain they gave me another room with a very tiny window, but it was right below the kitchen, that means that by 5AM the noise was awful and we couldn’t sleep anymore.

Great breakfast, they prepare boxes if you have an early day tour. Kind staff, great accomodations.
The location is great. The outside area is very quiet, and also they have a good breakfast.

Gorgeous hotel with multiple courtyard spaces. The decor is beautiful. The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast is tasty. Location is ideal.
The internet Wi-Fi was very weak and caused repeated problems as my spouse needed to accomplish some work while we were there. Room was a bit loud. Could hear other guests and loud talking, cleaning staff, and other miscellaneous noises all through the night.Lastly, the hot water took a long time to warm up.
Clean and comfortable bed
I felt insecure as anybody can walk in straight to your door. I was on the first floor and anybody could walk in and the windows were not very secure.
Amazing staff, good breakfast. Great location
The staff was lovely and so kind. They packed breakfast bags for early morning excursions and ensured we had a good stay. The location is unparalleled and close to all the main attractions in Cusco. Perfect as a place to stay when you're busy exploring all that the Cusco area has to offer.
More sunlight from the windows / some rooms were hallway based and couldn't get direct sun.
The hotel was lovely and clean, perfectly located near everything I needed. I must give a special shout out to Beatriz, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Her pleasant demeanor and accommodating nature truly stood out.Thank you once again for the outstanding hospitality.
One of my favourite stays in my South America trip. Feels a lot more expensive than what it is. Lovely warm showers and luxury bathroom, much need after hiking and activities.Staff really welcoming and nice.
Everything was first rate, the hotel, the staff couldn't have been nicer, and the cut flowers in the room was a classy touch. and on top of that the location was perfect.
Fantastic location Clean bedroom and bathroomVaried breakfast
Bedrooms off the courtyard were very noisy when people left for early tours and one night there was a group of people having pizza in the courtyard the night before our Inca trek - the staff did ask them to be quiet and it was better after that. WiFi did not work in bedroom and no windows so lack of ventilation
excellent hidden gem, super friendly and accommodating staff, hustled to allow early check in, offered to go breakfast, superfast room service with ice bucket request, beautiful view of private ruins
our room was a bit small, but the views were worth it, the inner rooms, had no view due to privacy
The property was located central to everything and it was beautiful. We loved the breakfast that was included with the stay. We would definitely go back!
We had two different room types and the staff mixed them up. We went to our rooms and didn’t realize the mix up until the next morning when seeing the two rooms. I feel the staff should have been more conscientious about that and handed the right keys to the right members in our party.
The hotel is well located and the room was really good. The shower is amazing.
The negative point in My opinion is the staff. I had ordered a”box” which is a small breakfest “to go” when you leave the hotel for a tour before 6am. The company of the tour changed my tour pickup to 6h30 so we had time for breakfest. When we got to the reception we were treated as if we have commited some kind of crime…(I think they thought we were trying to get advange of them by getting na extra apple and a dry sandwich ?) really bad reaction from the staff. Anyways, I paid five dollars and promised to never return to that place…
Breakfast, location and cleanliness
Lot of noise due to lack of acoustic insulation
Clean rooms and lovely decor. The staff were all incredibly helpful and could speak several languages. Breakfast was very good too.
Good breakfast, beds were huge and comfy.Porters, cleaners and most reception staff were lovely. Pretty hotel.
Our first room was below the kitchen and we were woken up from 5am with scraping/banging/general kitchen noise. We couldn't sleep, asked to move room. Receptionist was fairly rude but did move rooms. Second room was much quieter but generally can hear noise easily from the whole hotel. Bathroom smelt. We have had much nicer stays at other hotels in cusco for less than half the price.
The staff were very kind and friendly. We asked if we could get boxed breakfast since we had to leave early before the breakfast started and they provided us with breakfast. The hotel was very nice, the vibes were very cute.
