Everything! The staff was amazing and kind, helpful. The security entrance was so appreciated. The cleanliness was stellar ! Breakfast was great! Nice little walk to the plaza , great restaurant nearby

Wifi was a little tough to come by sometimes. But the staff put every effort in to make things better always!

The staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean. There was an elevator.

The exterior was forboding. It was a 15 - 20 min walk to center.

Breakfast was excellent. Daytime staff excellent.

The hotel is located a bit far from the centre, so we used Uber every day.Unfortunately, the room wasn’t very comfortable. The shower was small, and to be honest, I didn’t use it at all. Instead, we went to Ollantaytambo for a day and showered there.The water in the sink was cold, which made washing our faces and brushing our teeth a bit tricky. Overall, the room was very cold. We visited Cusco in September, and the nights were chilly. The windows weren’t well insulated—even when fully closed, there were gaps that let in cold air. I had to sleep wearing several layers of clothing every night. The bed was also uncomfortable.

Nice spacious room and good location away from the main tourist quarter so more natural. It should be noted that to enter the hotel one has to press a buzzer beside the shutters and then take the elevator to the 4 th floor

Our room was facing the main road, so it was a bit noisy, but it did not bother us

Is a nice place and very secure. Nice to walk at night too.

People working there are so kind and nicer special Xiomara, Jhonathan, Analy and Joy. So helpful any time and always smiling.

Clean, outstanding breakfast, very friendly staff who go out of their way to help. You could not have a better location at a good price. They were very nice about watching our bags when we went to Machu Picchu

Few minutes from bus station to Ollantaytambo (for train to Machu Picchu). Friendly staff.

The hotel was good, the staff was friendly and helpful. The view of the room was nice. The location of the hotel was a bit questionable. The surrounding gave the impression of crime and danger, give the boarded-up method of access into the Principe.

There was scurrying rats in the ceiling, could hear them at night. The people outside on the streets keep staring at us when we would leave and enter the hotel, felt like we were being followed at times. My phone was stolen in the city of Cusco, and I assume we had been profiled walking around the day before.

Second stay here. Enjoyed our stay! Staff always helpful. Stored our luggage here during our visit to Machu Picchu. Bed extra large. Early morning tour, they provided us with a take away breakfast box, delicious!

Room was adjacent to the.television room. Could hear it in our room until 9:00 pm, not a concern for us.

Location is perfect, close to the train station. Small clean hotel .very helpful staff, helped me with the luggage due to the lift was out. Called for taxi as I was experiencing issues with the taxi. And provided late check out for free for an hour.

Will and the staff were very welcoming from check in to check out. If we needed anything they helped us out. The assistant Manager Will came to meet us at the first breakfast. He did a coffee demonstration and booked some tours for us. Will is very dedicated to his job. Two evenings later I had severe altitude sickness. I texted Will at home and in two minutes he had a Dr and ambulance in my room. I spent a day in the hospital and Will came to hospital to check up on me. He had one of our tours moved back a few days free of charge. My wife was also in the hospital while I was on tour. Will was there to help and even walked her back to the hotel when she was discharged. Due to all this we had planned on staying 7 nights but we asked to stay an extra 2 nights. No problem. Same rate same room. We both felt well looked after by all the friendly staff and Will was definitely a guardian angel.

We loved everything about Principe 111. Do not let the outside entrance deceive you. We arrived at 1am from the airport. We were dropped off on the sidewalk near a big steel gate. Okay where is the hotel? There was a buzzer button to press and immediately a door snapped open. Walked 30 meters to an elevator to take us to the 4th floor where the lobby was. That is when the staff took care of us.
