Room was small and cold.
The property is beautiful with a garden area that is well kept and pristine. Many outdoor and indoor seating areas. The staff were helpful, attentive, and very kind. Morning breakfast was impressive. It had so many delicious options to choose from.
We loved everything.
The included breakfast buffet was very good, with a wide variety of delicious hot dishes, yogurt, bread, fruit, juices, cereal, etc., and excellent coffee. The rooms are tasteful and large, with a nice view of the city and nearby mountains. The location is in a great neighborhood, near Inca sites, museums, and excellent restaurants. The staff is very helpful with all kinds of issues. For example, we left a cell phone at a nearby restaurant, and our Spanish is poor. The staff contacted the restaurant immediately, and we recovered our phone. The patio/garden area is also very nice. Tea is provided 24 hours per day, which was greatly appreciated. The staff is also negotiates excellent taxi rides.
Not much, and the following are very picky items. The early bagged-breakfast, for those leaving very early for tours, could be improved. The hotel is on steep terrain, like much of Cusco. As a result, the reception area, tea room, and breakfast room are all on different floors. An elevator, particularly for upper room floors would be nice, but would be very difficult to install. We don't mind stairs, but this could be an issue for other travelers. Also, because of the access roads, some taxis refuse to go all the way to the hotel.
Beautiful communal areas, great view from the garden and really good breakfast
It was a comfortable stay - helpful staff, quiet, good beds, ample breakfast choices.
The hotel and furnishings could use some updating and better maintenace.
Since we arrived, we are welcoming like a family. Very educated, kind, and friendly. Special mention Juliana, Ivan, all of them. The staff have committed their guest to make their stay memorable. Very relax place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
No complaints at all. Everything was perfect.
Excellent location. The rooms have everything you need for a good stay. The beds are super comfortable and hot water is available.Tinka is the person who checked me in to my room and right away made me feel at home. He showed me my room and gave me a quick tour so I knew where everything was located.Tinka also did an amazing presentation of breakfast and the food was really good. The experience with Tinka could not have been any better.
Excellent location, nice rooms, great outdoor space with hammocks. Solid included breakfast.
Great location. Views were amazing. Staff was helpful.
Booked the suite for the jacuzzi tub but didn't end up using it because of weird smells. The staff were really helpful and friendly but still disappointed.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. We got in very late and they were waiting for us, helped us with our bags from the taxi, and guided us to our room. The room was very quaint and lovely. Their included breakfast was also amazing. Variety of food, fruits, juices, breads - and free!
Great place to chill out and enjoy the sun while acclimatizing to the elevation!Best breakfast buffet we had in Peru.Great location
Beautiful property. Lovely outdoor areas. Best thing was they allowed early check in as we arrived on the overnight bus. Luggage storage, free if stored less than 12 hours, otherwise 2.50USD/night/luggage. Also packed an early breakfast for those departing on tours
Uphill walk back to property from main square (but everywhere in Cusco!)
It was a perfect location with a great staff, breakfast and comfortable beds and amenities!
The plumbing did smell very strongly. Also the many stairs and no ramps made it not that accessible.
Staff very friendly and helpful.Quiet and lovely garden.Breakfast was amazing
Super comfortable, big rooms, great shower and friendly staff. Nice location up in Sanblas, close to the viewpoint at to walk up to Sacsayhuaman while also close to the main Plaza. Best breakfast I've had in Peru.
Amazing views, very good breakfast and very friendly staff. Nice garden where you can sit and enjoy tea. They packed breakfast when he had an early start. We stayed here twice, each time it was great
Very quaint but with huge rooms. Very fluffy quilts which was nice in the cold, and I had an oil heater to take the chill off in the evenings. Breakfasts were amazing and all the staff are lovely.
It was perfect
Best hotel. Everything was just great. Great breakfast, big rooms, hot water, location.
