The location was perfect, and the staff was great.

The hotel didn't have any complimentary drinking water in the room, when you arrived late. The room didn't have a coffee maker or electric cattle although there was a small kitchen. There were no spoons, although cups were present. It was very cold and noisy in the room due to low quality windows.

I like the place in general , clean room , stuff very nice and friendly , love the breakfast and how cool stuff were when I asked for hot water for my tea at nights

Just the garden could be nice if we can were outside …it was kinda of messy

Staff were very nice and helpful with recommendations for restaurants, shopping, and laundry. The hotel is within walking distance to the bus to Machu Picchu and and the train to Lake Titicaca.

Very nice hotel that was in a great location near the train station and short walking distance to the fun Centro area. It was just as advertised and a great value.

Very good Hotel few blocks away from the city center. Host was very supportive. Bead was comfy and Breakfast was OK. Stayed twice while visiting Peru.

Clean, secure, modern facility with plenty of hot water and comfortable bed. I recommend. And a full breakfast provided.

The room had some glass blocks on a wall and when someone entered the hall, the hall light would go on and would shine into the room. Not a big issue.

Once inside the property it is very nice and quiet. From the outside it doesn’t seem it.The property is on a ‘normal’ street away from the tourist hotspots - I quite like this as you can escape the tourism vibe. It’s a little walk to get to the tourist bit but only about 10 mins and I found lots of different ways to go so you see more.

At first when you approach the property you do think that maybe it’s a little rough but once inside it’s all good.

First shower no hot water rang reception and not sure what they did but 2nd shower was hot but poor pressureOur room 208 was next to lift and constant noise of it going up and down all night, however nice view of the garden

Nice hotel in a convenient location. The beds are comfortable and they have a pretty good breakfast. The best part is the staff. They are awesome.

My room didn't have a window to the outside. The one window it had opened to the indoor parking garage. So if I wanted my room to be less stuffy and air out, it would smell like cars late in the day.

Outstanding personalized services, manager and staff are there for you. Hotel location is very accessible from public transportation and taxi.Hotel is very clean and breakfast was very good.

Location was good, staff were friendly and some spoke English.

Breakfast was quite poor. I went once in 5 nights, at 0830 (finishes 0900). There was no bread, though she did fetch some. There was some random ham and avocado. Coffee bitter and cold. Juice was good. She did 2 eggs. Not enough to fill you up.I was in a room that backed onto a courtyard where at all times there are loud engines (not even modern normal cars) in an echoey garage that many rooms back onto, on all floors. Enough to wake you up at 6am or 10pm.TVs are small and don't have anything to watch unless you transmit Netflix from your phone vía WiFi.

Soundproofing could be better

the room and the bathroom was really clean, the bed is comfortable

it was cold in the dining room where the breakfast was served, breakfast was sometimes served late not from 7 o'clock as mentioned

Great location if you are gonna head to the Wanchaq Bus Station in your Machu Picchu trip, also really close to the handicrafts market. The staff and specially Jose will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable no matter how long your stay is.
