Nothing. In Peru many establishments have a mark-up on the credit card machine. The hotel doesn’t charge it. But the machine does. 8%. They should let clients know. Or have a sign.

Friendly service, nice accommodation, great location

The staff was very accommodating when some booking problems occurred. They upgraded us to a beautiful suite at a nearby property. They drove us there and took care of our luggage.

We stayed at the hotel for a week with repeated reservations. Be aware that the price you get in booking is not the final price. Read the confirmation mail.The breakfast room is too small for the number of guests.

Lovely hotel just a few steps away from the railway station. Great, spacious rooms, clean bathroom, very nice breakfast. Excellent value for money in Cusco!

Everything was excellent

The property was very charming! It had a cute little courtyard and fountain and lots of architectural elements. It was very clean.

The only downside to the historical charm was that there was no elevator in the building.

The property is in a great location and central to everything you need and walking distance to all the amazing places here in Peru

I thought the WiFi could be a bit more stable- but I wasn’t there to be on my phone.

The hotel is super charming. We were walking distance to the square. The staff was super nice and helpful. I would definitively recommend staying here.

Nice hotel, located 4 blocks from central plaza of Cusco. Very helpful staff. Cozy room. Very good breakfast (adding fresh vegetables would make it perfect).

Everything was perfect!

The location is good, close to town center and some good restaurants.

The walls are thin, you will hear people walking around, staff talking, things being lifted through the halls. Worst of all the traffic of Cusco will wake you up early for no reason.The building is old, the beds uncomfortable and too firm, the bed sheets don't fit the whole bed. The bathrooms need proper ventilation. I took one look at breakfast and never went back to the dinning hall for the rest of my stay. Go somewhere else for breakfast, you'll be happier. This hotel is overpriced in pretty much every way. Stay somewhere else if you can.

Our room only had a tiny window so it was dark, some additional lamps would be helpful.

Very poor breakfast and unfriendly staff. The room had a very small window. Because of this, there was too little natural light.

This is a gorgeous place to stay in if you are visiting Cusco city. The location is great, the staff are super helpful and friendly, and the rooms are perfectly comfortable. Something you might need to be prepared for is the street noise, but this was not an issue for us. We slept really well at night. The breakfast included with our booking was an added bonus!

The room was wonderful, plenty of space to move around. They were able to accommodate another bed since we were three friends traveling. The breakfast was good. I enjoyed the fruit and avocado served.
