We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, very convenient and close to everything. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Everything felt very well maintained and tidy.The only minor issues were that the water pressure in the shower was a bit low and there was no holder for the shower head. Other than that, everything was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again!

Pleased to have staff on duty available for questions and support with taxis to and from airport. Breakfast had lots of options.

The room was really nice, sunny and ventilated and location is great.

Towels were old — they must have been good in the past, but by now they were rough and frayed — and I think they should be replaced, considering the hotel’s category. The facilities are in need of some maintenance and updating, and the breakfast could offer better quality products (there were plenty of options, but not necessarily good ones)

The hotel is well positioned. Breakfast is good. Beds are comfy. Rooms are spacious. Loved the large window for the view of the mountains.

We had little hot water. Told them at the desk several times. Internet is poor. Staff wanted payment in cash not card. 9am check out is ridiculous!! Communication with guests is poor.

great location, very hospitable staff, super comfy beds & lots of extra blankets, windows that open 2 ways, in-room kettle with lots of teas that help with altitude sickness, stand-alone heater, plenty of USB outlets, English TV channels, fresh breakfast, filtered water dispenser to refill bottes, restaurant food for lunch & dinner is delicious, restaurant staff are very friendly & accommodating, lobby is very bright, airy and comfortable to hang around after checkout/ before check-in, lobby bathrooms are nice.

Cons:Wi-fi very spotty (hit or miss situation for us), shower water would be luke warm to warm but never hot (though staff did try to fix it), half door in bathtub makes it very easy for water to spill onto floors while showering, early checkout time of 9am, restaurant closes at 9:30pm and not too options to eat at outside the hotel unless you are ready to walk/ ride to the main square. Not sure if nightly rates justify but I haven't stayed anywhere else in Cusco, so I could be wrong.

Free upgraded rooms and delicious breakfast!

One night had lukewarm temperature shower.

I stayed in 4 different hotels in Cusco. This was my favorite. It's clean, nice staff. Good location near Koricancha and the plaza. Breakfast was good. Big room.

Breakfast was top notch, beds were comfortable and the location was just right.

Easy walk to all the sites near Plaza Mayor. Big rooms, clean, good breakfast, and comfy bed.We stayed at a few different hotels in Cusco during our visit and this one was the best of them.

Everything met my expectations

We were upgraded to a balcony room which was very spacious for Cusco. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Breakfast provided the basics and was adequate to begin the day.

Room was clean and good beds. Breakfast had a good variety, and you could order fried egg or omelet. Location was good because it was close by busstation.

It is really nice and clean.

The breakfast is not the best and also the restaurant for dinner. Don‘t book the room with the jacuzi, the water is too cold for it. On the hottest temperature it is ok to shower but to cold to sit in it for s while.
