- We loved our stay so much we ended up booking for both legs of our trip! Very nice, clean, simple rooms. Staff is super friendly and helpful!
- Location and staff
- great location, staff and cleanliness, family room was very spacious. staff was extremely helpful in booking tours and everything we needed.
Cons -
- The first leg of our trip we had a room right on the main road. It could be quite loud at night/early in the morning.
- You can hear noise from other rooms and the rooms are too stuffy, no A/C and if you open the window which is in the hallway you can hear everything.
- the family room was on the bottom floor and it got a bit stuffy. but once windows were open it was better.

Great location
Breakfast was underwhelming; eggs were cold
Staff were friendly, spoke reasonable English, and helped us with our luggage. The hotel was really clean. The beds were comfortable, and the room was spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great - cereal, bread, meats, cheese, fruit, yoghurt, juice, etc, and the option for cooked eggs. It was so close to the main square, but we didn't hear any noise at night, even though there was a festival going on. There's also a sports bar virtually next door, selling super large portions of food. Just request whatever sport you want to watch, and they seem to be able to accommodate it. Other than that, you are steps away from a variety of shops and restaurants in a nice safe area.
The room was a bit cold for the first few hours but it was fine after that. It did have a radiator, which seemed really efficient.
+ Location - really close to get around on foot+ Breakfast - fresh and tasty + amazing service+ Staff - very helpful and kind
The room was outdated and no window outside, shower was working badly the first night
Great location, comfortable beds, filtered water dispenser, tasty breakfast
Sound carries in building, but nothing to bothersome.
Staff attention and politeness, common areas, location
The staff was very kind, 24 hours helpful and attentive. They provide breakfast kits for travellers leaving at 3:55 AM to visit Machu Pichu and allow you to leave your luggage after check out to sightseeing town Center.
The rooms do not provide mini fridge or bath.
Clean and comfortable
No elevator and no help most of the time
Location and cleanliness. Breakfast room staff very kind and attentive.
Just that some doors closing in the property could be heard across. Lack of elevator. In the end not a big deal.
Close to the main plaza and several restaurants and bars
The mattress was a little bit hard and my room was on the third floor with no elevator
Large comfortable room with central location
The breakfast was pretty average
Good small hotel, friendly staff, location is great, just straight near plaza. Shops and cafes around. Clean room, bed is good.
Breakfast is extremely limited.
great location, not more than 5 minutes to central square
if full, probably noisy
Lovely boutique hotel with nice rooms, great location close to placa de armas, friendly staff, good breakfast, price was ok
Breakfast was good. Clean rooms. Nice staff.
Our room had no ventilation. The window was facing an interior hallway so if you left the window opened, anyone who passed by had access to the room through the window, and there was no air conditioning in the room. Thank goodness it was a cool season. Still, the nights were stuffy with the windows closed.
Excellent location with walkable distance to a lot of touristy places and good restaurants around, accommodating and helpful staff, they helped to print documents and were very friendly. There are coca tea, tea selection and coffee, hot water and water dispenser on each floor

The location is great, the breakfast is good, the staff are very nice and well trained. The hotel also has some spaces to sit and relax and a nice rooftop with some chairs.
The mattress was a bit hard and the bathroom had a small window facing the stairs in the building. The hotel didn't have an elevator.
