    • The Service and Breakfast. Hotel Employee was an incredible person that had a lot of knowledge about the cusco area. He recommended great restaurants, sightseeing, and taxi services throughout our whole stay there. Would definitely stay here again.

    Cons -

    • Everything was great.
    • No aircon but a fan and heater are provided.
    • No AC unit in the room and the duvets are very heavy (warm). During the night it gets really warm in the room. It could have been perfect if there had been lighter covers in the bed.

The people, the location, the rooms! This was our first hotel on our honeymoon and the people have been outstanding. The staff here are great, listen to you, and recommend great suggestions. The rooms are specious, comfortable, and clean. The shower was the best pressure we have had!The location is a 15 minute walk and ideal for anyone who wants to burn off the overeating you can do in the town centre.Jonathan was an outstanding staff member.

No aircon but a fan and heater are provided.

The staff was very helpful. Our first room was very hot, and it was facing the road. After the first night, we asked to move to another room and the staff provided us another room immediately. I had to conduct a business call during our stay and the launch area was quiet enough to do so. Limitless clean water, coco and muna tea (for altitude sickness).

No AC unit in the room and the duvets are very heavy (warm). During the night it gets really warm in the room. It could have been perfect if there had been lighter covers in the bed.

location is great and staff is responsive and friendly! the housekeeping is great too!

Rooms are smaller than they appear online; the bathroom is tiny and we could barely sit down. The walls are paper thin…you can hear when a neighbor flushes their toilet. Food was just ok

My partner and I booked this hotel on a last-minute notice and it was a great choice! We only stayed one night, but everything was the same as described on booking site. The staff is very friendly, breakfast included was a plus and everything is close by. Airport is not that far, I recommend using Uber services. But by far a great stay in Cusco

The hotel is good and clean.

But there is a construction works going on in the neighboring building and they drill after 8-9pm which is very inconvenient.

The staff is very friendly, and the restaurant is always available to make food to order.

I didn't like having to show my physical passport upon check-in.

The complete package, helpful staff, comfortable room, great restaurant, and perfect location.

    10DavidPosted on: 2-22-2025

The staff were terrific. The location was convenient, safe and close to so much. Great to have a full restaurant in the hotel and open late. Great food and prices. If using Inca rail the office for shuttle is directly across the street! Hotel store bags for us while we went to Machu Picchu for two days. Really is a fantastic stay.

Great location. Clean boutique hotel with a great breakfast buffet served in the morning.

Had to ask repeatedly for more toilet paper (suffering from altitude sickness), actually had to go to desk in the middle of the night to get toilet paper. I’ve never had that happen. Also asked repeatedly for two more hand towels per day since there are no washcloths in Peru. Never received them. We had tours that picked us up at 4:00 am for 3 of our days there. We asked for a bagged breakfast and it was always ready. Unfortunately the breakfast was an inedible, small ham and cheese sandwich with barely any protein, a tasty muffin that was all carbs and a bruised apple. Not an ideal breakfast when you are hiking 8-10 miles at high altitude.

Really lovely room and very friendly staff. They constantly have coca available (do drink it!). The breakfasts were nice and seemed to change a bit over the next days. They were kind enough to let us store our luggage while we went to Machu Picchu with a tiny bag for 2 days. The location- close enough to the city center and across the street from the Inca Rail location. Pillows and bed were so comfy

Really lovely location, breakfast, and room. Everything was really comfortable and glad we chose this hotel!! The room was quite big and I was glad that they had a kettle.

    9AnaPosted on: 12-27-2024

The staff was great and the room was very clean.

The breakfast needs to have fresh bread rolls and they need to refill the scrambled eggs frequently when they run out.

    9StephaniePosted on: 12-26-2024

    1. Good location - it’s opposite the Inca Rail bus drop-off point (crucial for me because I knew I would be exhausted when I arrive in Cusco) and close to Qorikancha 2. Rooms facing the courtyard may have food smell wafting into an open window but it is quiet 3. Elevators - crucial for post-Huayna Picchu muscle soreness (other hotels have stairs) 4. Fan is provided in the room5. Water dispenser at the lobby

    1. No outdoor-facing window, which made indoor room temperature warmer

The hotel is very well located to Cusco centre, anything you need it is on your doorstep. I needed some medicines and there was an abundance of pharmacies, general stores available a few yards away. The centre is close by about 5 minute walk, all the trips that I booked either picked us up from our hotel or the centre. Close to the aiport, approx 18 mins drive in heavy traffic, we had an evening flight and our drive was 9 minutes. Good clean hotel and good breakfast options. Staff are polite and friendly always happy to help. I needed to get some laundry done, and it was next day service real quick.

The location is perfect, the employees are very friendly and helpful, you can walk from the hotel with a lot of tranquility and safety, one block away is the Qorikancha

I really liked their comfort, hospitality and service from everyone there, plus the security they offer
