- Everything about the hotel was really good. I appreciated the ambience, the room itself, the facilities available. The hotel has a restaurant and bar on site. Glad to have experienced the hospitality here.
- The whole experience was lovely. Breakfast is included and they have a good variety of choices. Music one evening that was perfect. Wifi is strong. They have nice touches such as tea in the rooms, hot water bottles to heat the bed and free yoga classes.
- Ambience. rooms, firepits, service, food, accomodating to all of us with six rooms.
Cons -
- Bar and restaurant both close at 9:30p.
- The only comment I would make was it took a little longer than I would have liked to respond to an email asking about late check-in, and they never responded to an email asking about an additional room for someone I was traveling with.
- The breakfast could be expanded a little.

Outstanding hotel in every way. We had 6 rooms and they were very accommodating in everything. Hotel is beautiful. Food is excellent. Cannot say enough wonderful praise for them. All the people raved about this hotel
This hotel is absolutely fantastic. Its location is very close to the square where the cathedral is, and you'll pass the 12-angled stone on the way there. The facilities are excellent, and the staff are incredibly warm and always ready to help. The breakfast offered by the hotel is diverse and delicious, and the surroundings are very beautiful. The laundry service costs $7 per kilo, and if you send your laundry in the morning, you can get it back by the evening. Considering all of the above, the price is definitely great value for money. What’s worth mentioning is that my friend experienced severe altitude sickness. After getting out of the taxi and entering the hotel, he could barely walk. His blood oxygen saturation was very low, and he was breathing extremely heavily and exhaustedly. The doorman promptly assisted me in helping my friend to a chair and, without hesitation, immediately brought out an oxygen device for him. Throughout this time, he continuously reassured us and fetched warm water multiple times to help alleviate the symptoms. After about 20 minutes, my friend gradually regained consciousness and mobility. The doorman mentioned that if we needed an oxygen device in the room or wanted to call a doctor, we could contact the hotel staff at any time. He then helped me support my friend onto the elevator.Without exaggeration, the enthusiastic assistance and quick judgment of this hotel staff member saved my friend’s life. I am extremely grateful. If you are traveling to Cusco, please do consider staying at this hotel.
One of the nicest rooms I have stayed in anywhere in the world. Excellent location next to San Blas Plaza, beautifully appointed, wonderful atmosphere.
The breakfast could be expanded a little.
Great, thoughtful design, attentive staff and excellent food on premise.
This is my preferred place to stay when visiting Cusco. This is a beautiful boutique hotel in a great location with nice clean rooms and a great complementary breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
It was absolutely perfect! We loved the design the room , it was so big and comfy. The staff was so lovely and helpful with everything. We had massages which was literally one of the best ever.
Breakfast was exceptional. They had a wide selection of buffet items including fresh juices, pastries, etc. The massage and sauna experience exceeded my expectations. It was a private experience using the facilities. They met you at your room prior to beginning, which was helpful so you knew where the spa was located. The room itself was quite beautiful, the bed very comfy, and the space generous size wise for our stay. We wish we could have stayed longer!
The caesar salad on the dinner menu was not good. The dressing did not taste like traditional caesar. Some lettuce leaves were soggy and past their expiration date. Although our room was beautiful, the sound from the street is pretty loud. When bathing in the shower, the drainage was very slow so you often were standing in a bath by the time you finished your shower.
Amazing Stay. I loved the local art and small gifts like the tea they left in the room. Staff was very friendly and accomodative, I would definitely reccomend this place.
Beautiful and quiet location, very friendly staff, great food.
Staff, facilities, restaurant, service.
The staff at this place were incredible, the breakfast, and the services. I would definitely stay here again. I understand why it gets sold out quickly. I had the best stay in my trip to Peru here. The location is amazing as well, next to plenty of restaurants, art galleries, and fun things to do.
This was such a dream stay! Absolutely everything is perfect and the whole experience in the hotel is full of small little details that make the stay beyond amazing. The furniture and design of the hotel are exquisite, the staff is extremely friendly, breakfast is 10/10 and amazing location
This was one of the best accommodations we’ve stayed in. Luxurious furnishings, professional staff, fantastic rooms and great food! The ‘little touches’ like fresh tea in the room and a hot water bottle in the bed at night made the experience even more memorable.
I had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Check in was quick and easy, and my room was spotless clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, complimentary water, and well-stocked amenities. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout my stay. The hotel itself is in a great location close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The lobby and common areas are stylish and clean, and the atmosphere is peaceful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the service was outstanding.Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Excellent service, clean rooms, and a warm, welcoming environment. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Everything! We loved this hotel. Beautiful building in a great location close to the centre. The decor and artwork reflected the traditions of the people. The room was very comfortable with lovely touches such as a nightly hot water bottle and different small gifts each evening. The beds were super comfortable. Delicious breakfast beautifully laid out. Friendly and helpful staff.
