Pros +
- Very friendly personeel, very comfortable and big rooms, beautiful garden with jasmine smelling amazing at night, central location
- Location, half a block from main plaza. Fair breakfast. Nice staff.
- Location was perfection, 1 minute walk from the main square. Staff were always friendly and willing to help. Quick and affordable laundry service. Coca and mint tea always available which was a nice touch.
Cons -
- Nothing negative to say, I totally recommended!
- Rooms were very cold, noisy at night because of the Discos around the plaza but could sleep.
- It was very cold! No heating in the rooms, albeit plenty of blankets on the beds so warm enough to sleep. Rooms were basic and quite tired and could often hear noises from the central areas as all rooms face inwards. Breakfast was uninspiring but functional and they kindly gave us packed sandwiches when we had an early start.

This is a little gem! Loved our stay here. Place is very central, clean and homey. Breakfast was really nice. Host went beyond his way to arrange tours at a good price! Also facilitated early check in with no issue. We enjoyed the shared living room too! Thank you!
Clean, located close to historical centre. Good valve for money. Friendly helpful staff.

Location is excellent
Not exactly the most accessible for wheelchair users. There are still steps for the wheelchair and the bathroom design was difficult to navigate for our wheelchair user
Lovely staff, cute looking hotel, very clean. Great location.
The bed was terrible, very hard. The windows in our room didn't fully close, making the place freezing cold.
The location is amazing wonderful. Close yo everything. The staff is very nice.
There is no ac in the room so it is a bit cold. But we asked for a heater and they provided one immediately.
Location, clean, nice decorReception staff were very nice and helpful
A bit noisy at night
Close to the plaza, WiFi worked well, hot water, great breakfast, peaceful.
The room was absolutely freezing, I've been in Cusco for a month and used to the cold.
Clean lovely staff close to all amenities
Fantastic location, very friendly staff, comfy beds.
The hotel was very cold. We were given a heater for the room which helped, however the rest of the hotel was very cold, which put us off making use of the hotels social areas which was a shame as they were very nice
Staff was very friendly and helpful, location of the hotel is the best part of the entire stay. 1 minute walk from the main square in Cusco.
The hotel facilities, incl. the room are quite worn out, need reconstruction / renovation badly.
Location is very central
Service was a disaster. Booked 2 separate rooms for 2 people and they wanted to give us one room with 3 beds. After a lot of complaints, they gave us what we booked.Rooms were cold, inadequate charging sockets, no bedside table lamp, no outdoor windows. There was loud music all night long.
Location was close to centre
They charged me another 18 percent on top of the booking.com price because they said the commission was high
Location is amazing - less than one block from the Plaza de las Armas. Also the staff are fantastic. They have a simple breakfast every morning and there is always coca tea available. This of course isn't anything the hotel has done wrong per se so I'm not putting it in the below section, but travelers should be aware: there's no central heat. It's an old building and I'm guessing retrofitting would be prohibitively expensive. They give a ton of blankets but without central heat there's only so much they can do. I did see a space heater in the hallway at one point so they may have some to lend, however I never inquired about it. Keep in mind Peru is southern hemisphere, so the seasons are inverted from the northern ones.
The staff were really helpful and friendly. The location is excellent and is next to restaurants.
We arrived at 5:30am and I was able to check in after I had emailed and let them know early. There was no extra charge for a half night stay which was great! Location only 200m from main plaza. Sooo close!
The shower was pretty cold, hot water didnt work very well. Also was very noisy, because the window was left open which I had no idea.
the staff were really helpful and allowed us to store our luggage while we went to Machu Picchu, the place was lovely and clean, was located just of the main plaza which was perfect!
It was very loud at night
The best part was the location, just by the main square. The are has plenty of restaurants and stores, even lots of travel angencies to book trips around the area. The staff was helpful but mostly speaks spanish.
The brekfast is simple and you get bored after the third day, the wifi is really unstable and you loose signal for minutes at a time or its just slow. For working meetings via zoom we really struggled.
