Munay Ñusta Cusco

Very clean hotel with all the esential things a traveller needs. Location is great just a quick 11 minute walk from downtown. Amazing hotel staff that greet you from the moment you walk in making you feel safe.

Everything was perfect.

My stay in Munay Ñusta was very pleasant! The room was very clean and comfortable and very warm, we had hot water in the shower everyday. The breakfast is well served and we had hot water for tea during the day. The location of the hotel is perfect in the same street as the Plaza de Armas, but still very quiet at night. Saul and his staff were very attentive and they are all very friendly. If you’re looking for a good experience and a place that feels like home, Munay Ñusta is the place you should stay.

The room was good, but missed elements to make it cosier and more comfortable. Even a small bed lamp would have made a difference.

What I liked most was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. The couple running the hotel went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, offering helpful advice on local attractions and even assisting with my tour arrangements. Their genuine care and personal attention made my stay feel special, and I always felt well taken care of.

This is the best accommodation if you wish to visit Saqsaywaman by yourself as the site is very close! The rooms are clean and quiet. Granted they could have one more chair or a reading light instead of Netflix, but each guest has different prioties. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

The only gripe we had is the situation with the water supply, but this is an issue across Cusco.

Nice, clean place. Location is close to centre (10 min walk to main square) but also a bit away from bustle of the city - something that I liked a lot. Breakfast is basic but fresh everyday and coffee is really good. Staff is very helpful, between our broken Spanish and their broken English we managed to sort out every question we had. They also let you leave luggage when you go for a trek for few days.

One day there was no water but we were told it was down to city wide problem with the main pipe. The water came back the next day.

The value for money is good, great location, clean and cozy place to sleep and stay in Cusco. I stayed here for almost two weeks, they are super friendly and helpful. They also helped me with keeping my bags after I retiring my trip to Machu Picchu and manu reserved park.

The shower was still a bit cold for me. But u guess this is the common thing in Cusco(?). Also sometimes the hot drinking water is gone without timely refill, becaos they have stretched manpower ( but if you tell them they will refill for you). Also the room still can hear the voice outside clearly.

We had avery good reception, they gave us options to stay more days, they we very attentive and friendly. The location is very good!

It had the perfect location, clean rooms, good breakfast and they let you store your luggage when you go on an excursion.

Staff tried to make our stay comfortable, but that was a difficult task. Room is terrible. Don't be foolished as I was, with some past reviews. Muna is not a hotel, not even a hostel. RUN !!!

The hotel is located near the Plaza de Armas, in an extremely quiet and quiet area. The room that corresponded to me was cozy, tidy and clean with a super comfortable bed. They offer you a delicious breakfast. I definitely enjoyed my stay in this hotel to the fullest. the owners are very friendly and willing to help with everything.

Excellent service from the staff, very attentive, friendly people, good quality of WI FI. Everything was clean and very comfortable, I would return again.

Nice enough private room, quiet location.

On our last night we paid for our stay as we were leaving at 4am the next day for our trekking tour. The staff member undercharged us without us knowing, so we went to bed as we were up early the next day (which he knew). While sleeping, he knocked on our door several times over a 30 minute period. We didn't answer as we were sleeping.. the next morning at 4am he was at reception again and asked us to pay extra as he charged us wrongly. He should have done this anyway instead of trying to wake us up for his mistake, especially as he knew we had to wake up very early. The basic function of a hotel room is a bedroom to sleep in, and he basically ruined this, because of his own mistake. Unacceptable in our view.

Nice hotel, with good value for your money. The location is perfect, since it is not even 10 minutes to the old city centre. Beds are really big, which is an exception in Peru. Breakfast is not special, but for this price it is fine. Staff is really nice and helped us out with different issues and provided us with much information about things to do in Cusco.

loved everything…new owners are fabulous, warmly welcome you. good location 10 mins up from Plaza de Armas but away from all the noise. simple breakfast. clean, comfy bed, hot hot water…all fabulous

some people may not like that the rooms face an internal courtyard..there is a window but no natural daylight. I preferred it, the room was quiet and dark! great sleep!!
