Pros +
- Beautiful former mansion w/ elegantly furnished rooms. Very friendly, helpful staff. Restaurant very good, but oddly empty. We were too tired to go out and were pleasantly surprised. Beverages in lobby all day/night were very nice. O-nated air in rooms!!

- Absolutely fantastic boutique hotel in every way - the wonderful staff, the gorgeous rooms, the soundproofing, the lovely breakfast, the excellent bar and cocktails, and of course the very special decor. Would 100% stay here again.
Cons -
- Rooms are windowless which is not comfortable. Bathroom had tub/shower combo with large step -- prefer large stall shower with good water pressure. Hair dryer difficult to use. Guest should bring their own.

- It could be that the sewer system in Cusco is old. We can smell the sewer smell from one of the bathroom sinks that we kept the sink closed. My son also experienced a low oxygen level on the first night we stayed there, since the oxygen measurement on his watch was quite low, and he felt terrible the next morning. We were not sure if the oxygen level was kept at the optimum, as told by the hotel staff that the oxygenated system would kick in if a low oxygen level were detected.

Breakfast was great, the location was great and within walking distance to everything. Great staff, the room size is big. Highly recommend this place.
The room had many modern ammenities such as heated floors in the bathroom and waterfall/side jet shower as well as a soakin tub. I also very much appreciated the antique furniture and artwork in the suite!
This hotel is absolutely perfect in every way. Every detail is magnificent and the location is absolutely perfect. The food is unreal too and the bathtubs and rooms are stunning! It is the only place I will stay if I go back to Cusco! Also, the staff are the nicest people out of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I have travelled the world extensively and have never met employees like this! They will go above snd beyond in any way possible. Brian is the nicest man I met in Peru. I cannot recommend staying here enough, and they also have oxygen pumped into their rooms which I cannot stress how much that helps, as well as portable o2 if needed in the lobby:)
The location, the room (which is very confortable) and the amazing breakfast. The staff is welcoming and helpful.

The property was beautiful, clean and had a fabulous art collection.
We booked this hotel based on the reviews, and especially because they have oxygenated rooms since we were concerned with the high altitudes Cusco is at. This hotel is located in a central location next to the historical plaza and market, which we got to visit easily. The hotel is nicely decorated with art. We liked their modernized bathrooms with a nice design. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is decent.

We actually weren’t able to stay in the property as we arrived on the day of our check out due to flight cancellations. However we still went to the lobby to meet our tour group. We spoke to front office staff and they gladly told us we can still sit in the lobby and offered us coca tea while waiting. We really appreciate this kind gesture as we really needed a comfy space to wait for a few minutes after our long and stressful flight. They also quickly provided us the official receipt for our travel insurance. Thank you so much Aranwa Cusco Hotel and we hope to be back in Cusco soon and finally stay in your place!
The hotel is very luxurious! The rooms are very comfortable with heated towel racks and floors. The shower and jacuzzi bath with robes are fantastic. This is the place to relax and enjoy the great breakfast, restaurant and bar!A special thank you to Edy and Antonio who were very helpful and attentive!
Excellent location, friendly and professional staff, beautiful artwork. Room spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Everything about the hotel was special. It was a peaceful retreat. The outside courtyard is lovely with a fountain. Nice area to enjoy the sunshine.
It was an ok property for the price they charged
Property was big but very limited staff . Food was not good at all. Service was slow as limited staff
The staff was very welcoming and attentive to us. Bryan stood out by providing us clear orientation of the hotel. Breakfast was amazing as was the restaurant fantastic. The hotel itself is gorgeous and close to Cusco historic district.
Great location, close to the city center, excellent breakfast, attentive and accommodating staff members. Spacious room and bathroom. We were able to check in early and enjoy full day in Cuzco. Loundry services quick and reasonable prices.
Nothing to highlight.
Every convenience within a restored colonial palace. Ideal location: elevated ( no pun intended) bar food,
The staff was fantastic and very helpful, especially Guido and and Gonzalo. They helped us with everything. The location was perfect. It was an excellent hotel.
Beautiful hotel, excellent room, fabulous shower and heating, very comfortable beds, very friendly staff, great breakfast.
Not being able to stay more days. Everything was amazing.
Location is quite close to centre. Convenient to walk to around for interesting spots. Comfortable and clean as expected. Decoration is fancy but nothing about the comforts. Stuff’s are nice.
Breakfast is disappointing, fruits and meat are not fresh, little choices, taste plain, far worse comparing to the same price level hotel. The price has dropped almost 30% from our booking. This made us feel we are robbed
We had a wonderful experience at Aranwa Cusco Boutique Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and very nice decorated, and the location was perfect, very close to the city center. I’d definitely come back!
