Pros +
- spacious room with a bath tub. Staff was friendly.
- The bed was very comfortable, the room was big. The old style casona was great.
- The hotel is beautiful, quiet, and very comfortable. I worked remotely for a week here and enjoyed sightseeing on the weekends. The internet was great, and the location was tranquil and peaceful for me to get work done. Breakfast is very complete, and the staff is kind and attentive. You get free Coca Matcha all day, and can sit in the courtyard and enjoy the sunshine. You are a 6-minute walk from Plaza de Armas.
Cons -
- The location is a bit out of the way on streets with a minimal sidewalk.
- The breakfast was nice but when my friend asked for eggs they denied him the eggs because it was already 10am. Not very flexible
- The street the hotel is on gets a lot of cars and buses, but you can't hear them from inside. A block away, you can walk on quieter streets if you like to stroll around.

Beautiful space - not only the room but the open air courtyards as well. Decorated with lots of plants and the staff were exceptional. We stayed here for our honeymoon and they very sweetly put rose petals on the bed for us!
Nothing! The food was great, location quiet and was close to the train station and food was amazing.
From the time we arrived until the time we checked out the staff at this cozy hotel were awesome!!! Claudia in the restaurant, Marcus, Eduardo, Ayu....all added special touches and kindness that made our stay memorable! I cannot remember yhe other ladies name i jad a lot of interaction with. They make upu feel.like family!!!! It was an 8 minute walk to the plaza de Armas....close to everything really in the Historic district!!!
Nothing to mention
The staff was great, the rooms are comfortable beds layout all good.
I was on the ground floor and could hear people above walking across the floor above. It is really loud.
Good position close to Plaza de Armas, kind and useful staff. Very nicely renovated and well decorated rooms. Prepared to go breakfast when needed.
It is an old building, the shower was somewhat clogged.
The hotel was very clean, located in a local safe neighborhood. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was amazing, fresh coffee and omelet.
I don’t like the property due to the location.
Clean room and good staff Very good bro
Nice property, and amazingly helpful staff. They went out of their way to get me food and take care if my travel to Machu pichu when I fell ill.
Slightly uphill walking, but on the quieter side of Cusco. The rooms were bit too cold for my liking in June.As a vegetarian I found the breakfast spread underwhelming.
Th breakfast was great! Varied each day. The self service tea and water was helpful. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and kind and spoke great English! The beds were comfy and the place was close to many delicious places to eat. We did experience two of our travelers getting very ill from altitude and stomach issues and both times the staff were helpful. very generous with toilet paper (which if you go on tours you know there is often none!). The room was HUGE ad the wooden chairs and woodworking and decor throughout was beautiful. We stayed 5 days and it was a perfect ending hotel to a long trip.
Everything was great. No issues.
Very quiet, excellent room - clean - spacious - breakfast was fantastic - made to order eggs - excellent cappuccinos
Good looking. Good location.
Breakfast below average.
I liked the very friendly, helpful staff and the large bathroom. Also this was the BEST breakfast in Peru!
I didn't like that there were no windows in the room. I like alot of ventilation. Did not bother my travel partner. Also the wifi worked sporadically.
The hotel is a beautiful building! It’s like being immersed in a South American novel! Beautiful surrounding gardens. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable large beds, beautifully decorated! The shower was great! Almost like a wet room! It’s all very comfortable! The breakfast offered a good selection to choose from. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The coca leaves tea they leave in the room for the guests, was a saviour in helping with light head, symptoms of altitude sickness. They stored our luggages when we went to Machu Picchu. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!
We wish there was a glass door or curtain by the shower, as you take your shower it’s difficult not to wet the whole room. It’s just a small inconvenience. The shower is great!
Casona antigua colonial renovada. Muy bonita, limpia.Lo único malo, el wifi
What a beautiful hotel! The shower was great; the breakfast was delicious; and the courtyard was so charming. We loved that they always had water and tea available. The service by staff was excellent.
It’s not a boutique hotel as one might think of. The location is not very close to plaza de armas, rather a 10 minutes walk. The room was not cozy at all, lack good deco/cleanliness and comfort. You could hear a lot of noise from other rooms.
Everything is lovely, it's exactly what we needed: great service, beautiful facilities and spacious room.
Beautiful courtyard, nice big room, very friendly staff, wifi worked well.
