Pros +
- The staff, breakfast for us vegetarians was good, bathroom was very nice and location is ideal.
- Hotel San Pedro Plaza in Cusco is in an ideal spot—just caddy-corner to the Plaza de Armas—so everything is within easy walking distance, including great shops, restaurants, and activities. The hotel is super clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They offer free breakfast, and if you have an early morning excursion and can’t make it, they’ll even pack a sack lunch for you, which was such a thoughtful touch. I had a fantastic experience here and would definitely stay again!
- Close to the Plaza. Room and breakfast were great. Great value also, considering the location. Would stay here again.
Cons -
- Room had no basic items, a table and a chair to be able to work on your computer. A simple mirror on a wall would have been nice. No hand tissues, no extra towels,
- Some rooms had no windows but they moved us immediately
- The hairdryer was difficult to use

Location
Some rooms had no windows but they moved us immediately
Best of all is the staff, thanks to them all! Location is unbeatable, rooms are confortable and very clean, and included breakfast is delicious. Hoping to be back as soon as possible!
Great location. The staff were very nice and helpful. We had a balcony provided a view to watch the “festival of the sun”
Good location, very clean. The staff is nice to help. They provide the Oxygen tank for the guests.
The staff were WONDERFUL and kind and helpfulLocation was excellent Steps from everythingGreat restobar & mini market on the main floorBreakfast was great
The hairdryer was difficult to use
Very clean, nice staff, very good breakfast-one of the best on our Peru holiday. Perfect location in the center of Cusco near everything. Mana's restaurant just near the door, very recommended.
Centrally located, spacious rooms, professional staff, great breakfast with assorted items. Staff eager to help when needed. Eva at the reception add extra charmin to the hotel.
I liked everything
Location was outstanding - I’m not a light sleeper so the noise from the street didn’t bother me!The staff was so helpful & friendly
The hairdryer was tricky to use as it was a touch handle instead of an on button - difficult to use a brush while drying ?♀️
Location, friendly staff, good breakfast
Some rooms had no outside window so were stuffy.
Location
The stairs to go into the lobby are very uncomfortable, especially if you have big luggage. Rooms are claustrophobic. Not what we saw on-line. Our room was tiny, the air didn't work, we had to keep the door opened. There was NOTHING necessary or basic in the bathroom The step to go into the bathroom was HUGE, I would even say dangerous considering that one might go to the bathroom at night in an unknown place!!
The hotel is very well located, easy to walk to the different points. It is on a main street that is very busy so pick up and drop off was a little hard but ubers and tour company make it work so not a huge deal. We stayed in a 3 bed room and it was spacious The beds are a bit soft and the bathroom was small but overall it was clean, good value and a good location.
The hotel was great - very safe location. The breakfast was excellent. It was pretty quiet when we we there, we had a family room with a large king bed and two twins - great for our family of four. The shower was nice and hot, we enjoyed the complimentary coca tea.
The location is great, in the middle of the action.
The photos of the rooms showed balconies and windows. We had one window to the inner hallway which was not comfortable to leave open due to privacy and security and another 5 centimetre window in the bathroom. The room smelled bad due to lack of ventilation and was actually stuffy and musty.
Location is good.
Got the room with no window, so say goodbye to normal sunlight. Doors were not locking and closing properly so safety is questionable. Breakfast very poor. If you come last 1 hour there is absolutely nothing left. Whole furniture looks like from 1985. I don’t even want to comment about bathroom. Just absolutely horrible like a hospital. Also location is great but super loud from the streets. Way overpriced! Couldn’t wait to leave.
Friendly and helpful staff, great location!
King size bed is actually two twins shoved together with a dip in the middle.
Location Daily clean of our room
The noise we were next to reception and were woken up by conversations at the front desk (tours regularly set off between 3-4am)No peace from outside either due to the plaza location
