- Excellent Hotel, very clean, comfortable and a great service.
- Very nice hotel but the jacuzzi operates only when you reserve it. And it’s basically a bathtub. Good breakfast and very nice facilities tho. 15 walk to downtown.
Cons -
- Jacuzzi felt like false advertising.
- I wish the accommodation was all inclusive. Nonetheless, lunch and dinner could be provided at additional cost.No balcony attached to the rooms

Comfy beds at a walkable distance to the city centre. We loved our time in Cusco, and this hotel was part of the experience. The breakfast is varied enough too.
I loved the Jacuzzi on the roof. It was a fantastic view. Also, the entertainment by Peruvian indigenous musicians at breakfast - a very lovely surprise for me. The long walk to the main square/plaza was good because I got some exercise and knew more about the surroundings and different shops. My room as a single occupancy was cosy and comfortable. Nice accommodation, fit for purpose. Nice getawayStaff was helpful in showing you the plazas and surrounding shops and markets.

Vety nice hotel, very good location, perfect beds and awesome staff
It is a bit far from downtown but I chose it because it was close to the bus station for the bus to Puno
Excellent staff
Large room, helpful staff. Huge breakfast selection, good dinner offering too. Great view from the room. Recommended for a nicer stay after a machu picchu hike
Decor slightly outdated but only very minor
We like the hotel and how comfortable it was, and the location was okay not too far or close to the main plaza, still walking distance
The service at the front desk. We booked the hotel under my husband's name, who is a united state's citizen. I have a green card, and my residency is in the United States for more than 10 years.anyways i don't live in Peru. For that reason, I don't pay taxes in Peru even though I have even been a peruvian citizen. They asked for the IDs of everyone who was staying on the room I showed my peruvian I'd my husband's American passport but that reason even if just one peruvian citizen was ocupaying the room we supposed to pay taxes. It had never happened to us never in any of the paces we had stayed in my home country. The employee at the front desk didn't want to give any solutions. I asked him to call his manager, and obviously, he was so helpful and understanding and came to explain that my green card was enough to void us from the tax fee. I don't like when employees don't look forward to helping guests or customers who are being proactive. Then my husband got bit by a straight dog, and when we came to the hotel, they didn't even have a first aid kid. Only band aids and alcohol. Not aspiring, ibuprofen, or antibiotic ointment.. for 4 starts hotel really embarrassing it's lack of everything.
Hotel staff were very friendly, helped us with alot of things like tours and even gave us a breakfast box for early morning trips. Hotel is very clean with a really good restaurant which is very convenient if you don't want to head out. Location is about 15 mins walk from the main square although it is quite uphill.
Air con wasn't very good in our room in particular but didn't complain because cusco wasn't really hot. The mini bar made alot of noise so we ended up unplugging it to sleep.
- Good room, comfortable bed- Attentive and helpful staff- Excellent breakfast and variety of choice- Location is close to the train/bus station
- Busy traffic/intersection nearby
We had a friendly check-in process. The location and cleanliness of the hotel was good. Since the hotel is centrally located, we were able to travel comfortably. We needed a computer and the hotel staff said we could use the common area computer in the back. The staff was very helpful. The area around the hotel wasn't too alarming in terms of security since hotel security was waiting outside the hotel gate, but we did feel a little uneasy about the homeless people sleeping in the park while we were walking to the 24-hour supermarket nearby.
Our own internet did not work in the room. Although the hotel had internet on the first day, the internet was not available on the second day and it was not fixed. Well appointed hotel. Great staff Welcome drink on arrival and looked after bags whilst we travelled elsewhere for a couple of days. A good location close to Wanchaq bus station ( for trips to Machu Picchu) and a short stroll into town centre. Recommended
Provide some milk for making tea in the room - don’t charge $10 for a small glass.
The bed is comfortable and the room has enough space. The hamburger is also good quality in the restaurant. Close to the airport
The pool is under renovation. The breakfast has a lot of option but very low quality. Also the bathtubs cannot be used because it is leaking water.
The staff were exceptional in helping us with altitude sickness. They provided free oxygen treatment for 5 minutes whenever we needed it. When it was no longer effective, they arranged for an on-site physician visit. She was crucial in resolving the altitude sickness thru 6 hours of oxygen therapy (she offered meds and diagnostic testing also, but we declined).Having a good restaurant on site was convenient as we didn't have to walk anywhere to find something good to eat.Proximity to Wanchaq Station was also convenient, although altitude sickness prevented us from traveling to Machu Picchu.
The language barrier, however, the staff's English was far better than my Spanish.
Very close to the Wanchaq station, convenient to go to Machu Puchu early in the morning, by taking a two minute walk across the hotel.Shopping was right across the hotel, very close to restaurant strip, and major attractions in Cusco.Taxis easily available. Breakfast was excellent, with local artists performing music from the Andes.Very polite and courteous staff, very helpful and welcoming. From the outside the hotel might seem unappealing, but when you ate inside, it is quite different.
The breakfast was excellent. The hotel was right across the street from an excellent restaurant where I got a full meal along with a Pisco Sour for about US$ 14.Easy walking distance to the Wanchaq train station which, from January to May, is the departure point for the Hiram Bingham train to Machu Picchu.
No microwave.
Service has been amazing. Having someone on staff that speaks English was a bonus. We had to switch rooms for day 2 and the process was seamless.
Everything was really nice. The stuff was helpful and kind. The food was great, it’s very clean and the beds are very comfy.
Good location for visiting the city. Best breakfast I had on my trip to South America.
Had a problem with the laundry service. Took a long time and I was worried that I wouldn't get my clothes before I left. Last time I stayed on a inside room. This time I had a street room so it was a little noisier.
