- Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good and a good variety. Not too far from city center. Definitely recommend it
- The staff was fantastic and the entire hotel, including the rooms, was extremely clean.
- Great location. Lovely staff. Excellent breakfast
Cons -
- Did not like getting charged and extra fee for breakfast for my son daily.
- The room was lovely, but noisy. The hotel is conveniently located, but the suite we had was next to the road. Because cars and taxis go back all night long, the room shook (it's old) and was noisy. Beds were REALLY comfortable; wish I could have slept.
- I had 2 rooms; despite requesting adjoining rooms my kids room was far from mine and could not be changed. Room 203 horribke Smells drift from the kitchen. Room 206 faces the street and we were kept awake horns blaring and room shaking from traffic

Excellent breakfast. Location was quite good, just a few blocks away from the main plaza.
There were fumes coming in the room from the traffic on the road adjacent to the room despite the best efforts to keep the room sealed. also there was no window to see outside.
Great location. Very well kept and very clean. Many internal patios and good natural light in main areas.
We got a room with external view (balcony). Even with soundproof windows and shutters, the cars driving on side streets could be heard all night.
The hotel is located in downtown Cusco and pretty close to main landmarks, museums, restaurants and bars. Personnel is very helpful and polite, high quality. Hotel is very clean. Breakfast is plenty, several options; very good coffee.
We could not connect to the internet during our stay both on iphone and macbook; tried a couple of days and gave up; fortunately, we brought our own internet and could work/meet without any restriction. Check out is too early (10am).
Nice hacienda hotel. The bed and bathroom were really comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good with the customer egg options. The location is within the historic/tourist area. The bar looked nice but I didn’t use it.
As with other hotels in Cusco, the hacienda houses do not have windows that open to the exterior. The room was hot with the one window that opened to the corridor and therefore it was also loud as guests were talking and yelling as they were moving about the hotel. I would not recommend if you sleep hot.
The is a beautiful hotel with lots of charm and character. I really liked that there are multiple outdoor patios and courtyards.More importantly, everyone on the staff was so professional and helpful, and really seemed to care about their guests.
The only thing I didn’t like was that most of the rooms only have one small window and it opens into a corridor, so it can feel stuffy.
We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we want to give special commendation to Manager Diego, who was exceptionally attentive to every detail and to our comfort. When our room service was delayed and we raised the concern, he immediately took action—going above and beyond by even arranging complimentary van transportation to the airport. That level of service is rare, and it truly sets this hotel apart. The ambiance and location were excellent, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Overall, a wonderful experience.
A beautiful series of historical casas all connected into one lovely, charming hotel, well located in the historic centre of Cusco. The staff were all so friendly, professional and willing to do all that was necessary to ensure our happiness and satisfaction.
There was nothing not to like. But be aware, there are no elevators so if you have difficulty with stairs, request a ground floor room . We had no problem with the stairs.
Very comfortable bed, quiet, great location, good breakfast.
The room was warm and no way to turn down heat but fan really helped.
My flight got canceled out of Cusco and I had to stay another unexpected night. Casa Andina was a very nice treat to compensate for the disruption. Huge room with a very comfortable bed. The location is in the center of a busy area but the hotel itself is very quiet. There are a lot of patio areas within the building where you can sit and read or think. Excellent breakfast and there's 24h room service, which is great for nights when you're too tired to do anything.
Probably not the place to stay if you're looking to practice your Spanish - you'll be around other tourists speaking english. It doesn't feel as much like a local experience.
Clean, amazing staff, great location and amenities.
I have to mention Katrine who helped me solve the biggest issue( hotel swap due to mix up in dates. I have not met a person more patient, calm and friendly. She solved my problem without a grin, answered all my questions along the way. I would go back to the hotel just for her, that’s how nice she was.Location was central, breakfast buffet was great
We had a great stay at the hotel. I am also truly grateful to Miss Ali Gabriela, and also Jessica Alonso and Kathy, for I had lost a large amount of cash, and they not only found it but also arranged to have it safely sent back to me. Their honesty and professionalism turned a stressful situation into peace of mind.
You could not ask for a better location in Cusco. It's a very short walk to the main square, yet the hotel feels quiet and secluded. The building and its central courtyard are absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend.
We had an amazing stay at this hotel. We had a total of 9 people in our party and they were able to accommodate our request to have our rooms next/close to each other. The staff at the front desk was friendly, nice and professional and checking in was super easy. The hotel is beautifully decorated, super clean and inviting. What impressed me the most was their customer service and willingness to go above and beyond in assisting their customers. My teenage daughter became really sick the morning we were checking out. When I inquired where I could take my daughter to see a doctor, the front desk immediately called the local clinic and within 20 minutes, we had a doctor in our room who spoke english. They immediately administered the required medicine to help calm down her symptoms and we were able to fly back to Lima that same day. The staff allowed us to stay in our room past our checkout time so the doctor could finish her treatment. Casa Andina made a stressful and difficult situation manageable and put my mama's heart at ease. I can't recommend this hotel enough. Not to mention, the breakfast buffet was delicious!!!! 100 stars!!!
This was perfect for my stay in Cusco! Great location for everything you'd need and beautiful amenities. Every room sits on a courtyard. Breakfast was also a great add. Wonderful stay for your time in Cusco!
The only thing to note is if you book a suite- the bathroom may have two steps up. This was not an issue for me but a thing to note if booking the suite.
The breakfast, tea room and the location
Room service for meal ordering could be faster for a 5-star hotel
The room was very comfortable, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind, the breakfast buffet is good and there are lots of places to sit and relax on the main floor.
We liked everything.
