Cons -
- Nothing at all
- The walk up the stairs from the city to the hotel had me out of breath, but the views from the balcony made up for it!
- Beds were pretty firm, a little loud with hearing dogs barking during the night and neighboring rooms (thin walls)

Nothing at all
The staff was friendly, the food was good, the beds and rooms were comfortable, the showers were hot, we had massages at the spa on the property which was nice. The view of Cusco from the balcony was pretty. The street it's on has cute shops and restaurants.

Breakfast was great! Customer service was excellent, they stored our luggage 5 days while we did the salkantay trek and again for our day of check out as we had a late night overnight bus ride. Spa was also wonderful.
Beds were pretty firm, a little loud with hearing dogs barking during the night and neighboring rooms (thin walls)
From terrace you have a great view of Cusco. The hotel is very nice and cozy.
Cusco is nestled in the Andes at more than 2 miles above the sea level. The old city is very hilly and requires much climbing. Drink a lot of Coca tee.
Staff were very friendly, comfy beds, amazing nassages
Friendly staff
It's a bit of a distance from Plaza de Armas and requires climbing a hill.the Wi-Fi is weak.
The hotel has a nice view of the city and the free breakfast was good.
We experienced several issues during our stay. When we arrived, the bathroom had no toilet paper, and the chairs in the room appeared dirty. The room’s layout also made it difficult to find adequate space for our luggage. We requested two luggage stands, but the front desk staff member, Max, informed us that only one was available. Additionally, guests must notify the front desk to unlock the door when entering or exiting the hotel. On one occasion, the front desk did not respond to the bell, and I had to call the hotel to be let in, leaving five of us waiting outside.
This is a gorgeous location in San Blas, about 15-20 minutes walk uphill from the downtown plaza. There is a garden and rooftop terrace that face out over the city where you can relax during the day and evening. It's a short walk up to the Saqsaywaman ruins. The staff are fantastic. For example, they stored our luggage for us when we left for two days for the Sacred Valley. They meet you with tea, provide a hot water bottle at night, and serve an abundant and fresh breakfast. I also had a fantastic 90 minute massage for $65 with Suzy in the massage rom on the fourth floor-it was so good I had a second! They also do laundry on site. Honestly, it exceeded my expectations and my kids and spouse loved it too.
The only thing I would say is that walking up from the plaza can be a challenge if you aren't using techniques to help you manage the altitude and don't realize your own limits. Take the time you need walking up; it's worth it to stay here.
The staff was very friendly, the property was clean with a nice atmosphere
We booked intentionally to be out of the main area but because it is up in the hill through narrow roads it can make pick ups for tours or drop offs for taxis tricky. Just something to be aware of if anyone in your group has issues walking up stairs or hills.
It was very clean, amazing location and the staff was so helpful! Milagros and evelin were so sweet and helped me out a lot! Would stay here again
The views were beautiful! The hotel was really nice and gave an upscale feel
I had rented our room because it indicated that it had a hot tub on the property, but it didn’t reveal that you have to pay $70 per hour to use it
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I stayed here with my partner, and our experience was wonderful. Maxim was extremely helpful and attentive — he took time to chat with us, showed us the map, and gave us great local tips. He’s honestly one of the best hosts we’ve met! The hotel itself is lovely, in a great location, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. What I value the most is not the luxury brand of a hotel, but how it delivers — and this place truly exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!
Excellent view of the town. Very friendly staff.
Room was too small, could barely walk, couldn't open two suitcases.Quite a bit of uphill walk from town center.
This hotel is lovely. It is exactly what you’d expect from a boutique hotel. There were flowers in the room upon arrival, staff carried bags to & from the room, room service is available, breakfast is great, the owner was wondering around chatting with people, they bring a hot water bottle at night when it’s cold…. I could go on.
It’s a bit loud as it sits up on a hill. You can hear traffic & dogs barking at night. I just closed the window & it was fine.Additionally, cars cannot get to the hotel so you’ll need to walk a bit for any pickups/drop offs.
Clean room and nice scent and kind staff. It’s in a great quiet location tucked away from the main square and all the hustling bustling noises.
Nothing I found to dislike. My stay was excellent.
Beautiful location, welcoming staff, great view of the city from this neighborhood.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was located in the colonial section of Cusco and was close to the City Center and restaurants and cafes. The view from the terrace was exceptional.
