    Pros +

    • Good location. Nice view of the city from the upper floors. Staff are friendly and helpful. Best breakfast we had in Cusco. We end up staying for total of 7 nights.
    • I loved breakfast and the little terrace. The staff was so friendly and attentive. It exceeded my expectations.
    • Breakfast was great, staff was kind and helpful, location was nice and the general atmosphere very pleasant.

    Cons -

    • It’s not a minus for us, but for those who are mobility challenged, the hotel is located on a small hill at the top of long stairs. The surrounding streets had been car-free, so need to walk 5 mins to the nearest location where you can call a taxi.
    • Breakfast the second day was low and it wasn't replenished. It was a bit disappointing since it was really good!
    • There was some construction work going on which caused some noise; a necessary evil I guess, but during reasonable hours. Initially the shower would not drain, this was resolved quickly.

    Cute, clean. Great view

The location of this hotel is perfect! It's in San Blas, which is lovely, and it's close to the tourist center but quiet so you get the best of both--close to the town center and quiet at night. (It is up hill, but it's not bad! Just take breaks!) Our room was comfortable and perfect for what we needed, and the hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful. They arranged cabs to Pisac and Tambomachay, both of which were very reasonably priced when I had heard that booking through the hotel is usually expensive. The breakfast was great and had a nice variety of things on offer. We'd absolutely stay again!

It was clean and located on a quiet street in San Blas neighborhood. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

Nothing, although I did have to work and the Wi-Fi was questionable

    The bed was comfortable.

I’m not sure why this hotel is so expensive. It is an average location. Note that you will need to walk to meet your tour pickups as vans cannot get to you.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great view, and delicious breakfast.

We only spent one night after our Inca trail hike there but I wish we had more time there. This hotel was in a good safe location. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were large with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was awesome. Nice views of town from the dining room window and balcony. Also, were able to drop our bags off they held them for 4 days while were on the 4 day hike. That saveds us use headach of lugging our bags around.

This is not a ctriticism of the hotel but streets are narrow in this part of town and the taxi driver dropped us off on the other side of the block with all our bags. Makes sure to tell the taxi driver to drop you of at the hotel door. When we went to drop our bags off initially that driver did take us to the front of hotel so it is possible.

Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet property with beautiful location. Nice courtyard for relaxing. Excellent breakfast.

It’s clean and on a quaint small street in the heart of feels like a small Europe. Tons of shops and boutiques in the area, as well as a pharmacy and laundromat directly across the street. Our receptionists were all EXTREMELY helpful and accommodating!! Especially Ana and Melinda and another who carefully not only carried all 14 of our bags to our rooms but also to our taxis. Cannot thank them enough for their kindness and their patience. Would gladly and quickly book a stay with them again.

Know that the area is on a hill and up many steps and sometimes larger cars (i.e. passenger vans) cannot fit on the street where the hotel is located. Most cars should fit though.

The staff were so incredibly nice and helpful. And accommodating to some special needs we were having due to a few sick people. The place itself was beautiful and was such a find. I can't recommend this establishment enough. It's truly a wonderful find.

This has nothing to do with the establishment itself, but the altitude is something to contend with. I wish I had handled the altitude better because there was so much that I wanted to see and do.

Really comfortable stay. We enjoyed the size of the room and bed. Breakfast was delicious and staff were exceptionally helpful

Liked: free water bottles, friendly and efficient staff, nice quaint atmosphere, attention to detail, decor, varied and yummy breakfast, laundry service, cheap taxi service, the view Disliked: no elevator, cold rooms

Everything was good, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. The staff is incredibly helpful and very respectful. They store our luggage on different days without any charge and every time we came back, the luggage was brought to our new room. The breakfast is good, there are plenty of choices.

The staff are exceptional - incredibly helpful, friendly and responsive. Hotel is quiet and safe, with thoughtful amenities, in a safe and interesting neighbourhood. Would absolutely stay here again!

    Clean, good location, good staff

Poor wifi, drinking water not provided daily

Everything was great, room standard was above expectation and the staff was very helpful.

It was a bit cold, but upon request we were provided with an additional heater which solved the problem.

Very nice hotel sitting up above Cusco. The views were really nice. The staff was very helpful in getting us rides and helping us when the transportation strike was ongoing.

There is no air-conditioning in the rooms, but I guess it doesn't get too hot there. A fan to keep the air circulating would have been nice.
