Extremely unbearable

Dirty toilet with mould on the shower and blocked water drainer.The door knob of the toilet is so would and impossible to operate, It took me several minutes to manage to get it open it and was looked inside.The furniture was very old and worn out.The tv didn’t work properly.The light above the bed is impossible to be tuned off.The fridge is noisy and drinks inside are all marked so you can’t replace if you want to.The guests are mostly visible sex workers.Overall I can’t wait to get myself out of here.Only staying here tonight because I am very tired after a long travel from São Paulo to Brasilia and from Brasilia to Goiania

Employee on February 8th, very uneducated, not a good employee, doubted that I had paid the difference in cash and didn’t want to check it on the computer

Swimming pool, very kind staff, excellent service at the restaurant, excellent breakfast

Receptionist was excellent, very welcoming and warm. Photo attached as can't read name tag,.sorry! The Business type room was superb and modern. All staff friendly and breakfast selection excellent. Pool area nice too.

Bar set up a bit limited for evening drinks but adjacent restaurant area beautiful.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and went above and beyond to assist patrons in booking reservations or ensuring a comfortable stay. Spoke multiple languages which was helpful

Overall a really good hotel, probably the best in Goiânia and definitely the best in Goiânia I have been. Very nice and friendly staff. Good breakfast. I also liked that they kept some retro elements in the refurbished room.

Poor wifi. One morning without hot water. No plugs near the bed. If this wasn’t marketed as 5-stars I would have given a higher score.

Nice pictures online, has a pretty decent pool, kinda well located, polite staff. Decent price, taking into consideration the similar options for the same price, this was my best bet in the area

Very old building, old furniture, old construction in general, you can tell it’s been there for several years. (you can't tell by the pictures though)Breakfast is OK, very little optionsMight be acceptable for those who never travel. Now, if you used to flying everywhere in the world this place is super outdated and definitely not a 5 star hotel.I just think its worth being transparent, why not advertise as a 3 star hotel that has good customer service and some pretty old furniture..It is what it is, I'm sure guests would appreciate that.

Location of hotel was very poor, no shopping in area of hotel, no restaurant around hotel, rooms were dated, the hotel it self is dated, plumbing in room would not turn off, you could hear the elevator all night long going up and down and we were far away from them. This hotel is rated a 5 star we would give it 3.5 at the most.

it was a great location. Most people spoke a little bit of English, which is helpful. I thought the room was very well done. And housekeeping was excellent.

The only thing I didn’t like about this property was the food. Specifically, the room service. the chicken that we ordered was very sour and not well done. And for the amount that we were charged, we did not feel like it lived up to the standard of a high value meal.
