Pros +
- location was great, friendly staff
- The property is very well located close to 25 of mayo Square.Raul the daytime receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful.
- Historic colonial building. Excellent staff and great breakfast. Close to the major sites.
Cons -
- one of the nights there was an awful stench
- The breakfast was very basic, a little disappointing. Also, the hotel was partly the renovation which we were not aware of at the time of booking.I would have liked to enjoy the patio and the rooftop, but the pillows were never out, so there was no seating.
- The shower temperature was very hard to regulate. Kept changing from hot to cold. One evening from about five to seven there was much pounding by workers.

Historic colonial building. Excellent staff and great breakfast. Close to the major sites.
Lovely room, old but remodeled. Small heater. Lovely public courtyards and sitting areas. Filtered and boiled water readily available at no cost. Big breakfast with fresh juices, eggs made to order, fruit, cereal, breads and pies, coffee, etc. Close to Plaza 25 de Mayo. Front desk people are very helpful and kind.

The location and the building is clearly part of history.
Service, breakfast and the team is not here to help us.
The location is great, 5 minutes away from the main square. The building itself is absolutely beautiful.
The washing basin is too high. Breakfast is quite poor.
The location is perfect. Views from the rooftop is amazing and there is a supermarket and cafes close by.Staff were all so nice.
The bed was springy and just needs an update.
Excellently located close to lots of sights, restaurants, bars, and shops, but it was very quiet at night so it's a great spot. The whole place just oozes historical charm and there are numerous paintings throughout. The front door is always locked and a code for the keypad allows entry at all times. My room was large with three windows, a desk and table and a large comfortable armchair all in colonial style like the entire hotel. The shower had great water pressure and lots of hot water and the stall is large. There were lots of fluffy towels and shampoo and conditioner and soap. The large bed was dreamily comfortable and there were great linens and plenty of blankets. There are numerous patios throughout the hotel with lots of colorful flowers and plants and the rooftop desk is ideal for watching the sunset with a G&T from the bar.Breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit, yoghurt, breads, cheese, ham, a quiche and several fruit pies like Apple and Lemon Merangue. Coffee and teas with hot and cold milk rounded it out, although I have probably left something out.Last, but very much NOT least were the fantastic staff. Always cheerful, friendly, hard working and bilingual they are a credit to this gorgeous place. They keep everything ship shape.I'd like to give special.thanks to the gentleman on reception who was of great assistance to me on a number of occasions. Thank you so much.
Cannot think of anything.
Staff and local was amazing. Loved the roof deck!
Room was nice but least fav about the whole place. The point is not to huddle in your room the whole trip either.
Beautiful colonial architecture and gorgeous garden. Centrally located. Helpful staff.
It’s located city center and very beautiful and spacious terrace. Good breakfast and very nice staffs.
Renovated 300-year-old mansion located in the historic center. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious. Charming potted plants and trailing bougainvillea add a delightful touch. Best of all, some of the front desk staff speak fluent English. Clear communication is invaluable.
The place is a colonial villa transformed into a hotel, and it is so pretty. Well curate, clean organised. Highly suggest staying there in sucre. Great position and welcoming staff.
The hotel is very central so it is easy to walk around Arequipa and do siteseeing. Loved the different patios and flowers which have it a vibrancy. From top patio you can see over the rooftops of Arequipa. Lovely breakfast.
Spacious room, lovely staff, particularly at reception.
Room was comfortable and the location adequate. Lovely quaint setting.
Room number 4 is right at the top of the staircase and the lights go off with the slightest movement. Also folks dragging their luggage up the stairs. Hardly slept a wink. It was only a one night stay.
Good location and very comfortable bed.
The restaurant wasn’t so good but there are plenty of others around.
Beautiful decor and plants adorned the comunal area. The rooftop terrace was lovely and the room large and comfortable
Nothing not to like
Great location, comfortable bed, very kind and helpful staff.
Lots of stairs, but that's not their fault because all buildings in the city only have stairs.
Very friendly personel. Only spoke Spanish butbwere very patient with us trying in Spanish and with Google translate. Would highly recommend
The bed wobbeled a bit if one person turned around
