Cleanliness, ease of use, rest rooms were convenient. Staff was excellent, customer service was on point! Great experience!

No rotation of the menu in the restaurant. Food was good, but for a week stay we grew tired of the same menu items.

Maintenance staff coming in to check if things are working just 2 minutes after checked in. Why didn’t they do that before I checked in. Cleaning staff badging into the room unexpectedly.

The staff was so kind to me, in particular with a health problem that I had. They ensured I got the proper medical care and followed up. They went above and beyond.

The hotel was clean and tidy.

The lunch was excellent. Service was friendly. Unfortunately the dinner was average. Pizzas not good at all. The service the evening was bad. Kelly served us. She was not friendly, took ages to bring our wine. When she served the pizzas we had no plates.

Their staff's hospitality wow out of this world, always smiling and ready to help or serve. Well done guys.

The pool area was clean though seemed unattended. The Ac was not giving the cold air as required as it was hot at night.

It’s an average hotel but a lot of things were missing in our rooms. We didn’t like how cleaning personal closed the doors of your rooms “to clean”, but when I returned nothing was cleaned. They left their phone in one of our rooms and without knocking rushed to the room to get it.

The lamp was not working. The was not bath mat.

My credit card is put on hold.my bag is confiscated by the property .property has not received the payment yet plan was prepayment .booking .com went ahead not to pay the property yet booking .com used the money that was on credit card to be held (now the money showes uncleared transaction onto my bank account credit card yet the hotel can’t swipe off the money .Hotel says nothing like prepayment as they were supposed to have been able to swipe the money using my credit card . Hotel (Hilton garden inn gave me email to show once they ever receive that money from my credit card then they will refund .My bank said they have no way of stopping that transaction even if it’s on hold onto my credit card I have had to look for a second approximately 3600 pula for me to pay the hotel so that they can give me my bag.I made similar booking with Radisson blu Gautrain but Radisson understood how prepayment condition works so they never had to confiscate my property.Hilton garden inn Gaborone hotel manager Gotlhe Moloise said once they receive money on hold onto my credit Card they will refund .At the moment I have looked for cash by alternative means to pay hotel so that I can get my confiscated bag .Please booking .com once provision of prepayment then they will have to get a different method where the facility receives money before the guest can check in hotel .So embarrassing and absurd

The property is lovely and quiet with good service

We had to be moved twice this stay. The first room had a strong odor and the second had a broken AC

Hilton Gabs is always a great stay...clean and cozy but....

... this time housekeeping didn't clean our rooms, didn't replace our towels or replenish our coffees/ water after the first night. Reason? none of the staff are aware why it wasn't done ??‍♂️

Was truly disappointed on arrival and the approach of the front desk. Then we get stuck in the life, alarm bells don’t work, not back up lights and we forced the doors open to get out. The front desk was so not caring about the issue. Blood on the sheets and the room didn’t even have a menu nor how to connect to the WiFi. Had one tea bag. Toilet was dirty. For the price changed and the service and care for the guest I will not recommend the Hilton group again. Never mind expired licenses in the front area for music. Just goes to show the care. I will not stay there nor recommend the hotel.

Well located, booking in was efficient and very friendly staff. Restaurant service was slow and they need more staff

It’s close to main road meaning it is accessible

The fact that the room keys were not working and one have asked for their room to be opened every time

1.The carpet was stinking maybe it's bcos you can't open windows. 2,The temperature of the fridge was not okay. 3,Worse part the room was so small for the money I paid. We expect that price that the room must hv a balcony, couch that accommodate 2 people, gowns and slippers

The room was clean

The breakfast was poor all tables took around 30 minutes to clean for use, coffee machine not working so ordered with waiting staff, we ordered 3 times and still did not receive, waited more than an hour for our meal the previous evening.

It is always clean and the staff are knowledgeable

There was construction at the front but I am sure it will be done soon
