Breakfast was great, an excellent omelette and the service was always with a sincere, beautiful smile. I liked the garden pool, climate, people, everything. The staff at the reception were invaluable, and I would like to thank Mrs. Anitha and the receptionists, especially Tito, for saving us in a difficult situation. It's hard to judge, maybe many things could be done faster, but it's probably a culture that can't be compared in different worlds

As I said above, maybe many things can be done faster, but we have to respect that our cultures are different.

The restaurant was nice, the bar was friendly and accessible, They had many services available and were quick to answer the phone.

Couldn't find the complimentary breakfast, the bathroom wasn't very clean. They over charged me for laundry, Concierge was slightly aggressive looking for a tip, and they attempted to overcharge me for my room I got on a deal and then downgraded me to a queen from a king. Also, they didn't respect the 'Do Not Disturb' sign multiple times.

The noise in the morning. My room 301 was next to where the cleaners were keeping some of their working tools. They would make noise

Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

No Lift to take baggage to the 1st floor. Porters had to carry them up the stairs, not the safest method with heavy luggage.

Very dirty , poor treatment from staff

Very old , no maintenance, sign boards all faded, never again, imagine arriving with your family at 11 at night, tired after a long drive and you have to go look for alternative accommodation, thanks to Town lodge for assisting us

The room met my expectations and the cleaning ladies were very customer oriented.

I didn't like the way the way my payment was handled. I was informed my card did not work and it was tried on many machines. I waited for some time to have my bill settled which was settled using the same card.

Location and dinner very good. Helpful staff - Good facilities and pool area excellent in the very hot weather

Breakfast not good. Selection and quality - Not helped by two large groups eating at the same time.Some issues when checking in with booking having been made via Booking.com - Not easy to find by check in staff

There was so much confusion, the staff couldn’t find my reservation which i had made via Booking.com. I laterally wasted nearly 30mins at the reception. I am not blaming the staff but the hotel must resolve their issues with the Booking.com website. I had this problem on 2 booking done on different days.

Quite at night

We were given a room with a dirty bathroom,which was displeasing especially because we arrived there in the evening.We asked for a different room which we were given.The breakfast was disappointing,usually Cresta serves a great breakfast with a lot of variety which was not the case this time around.

Fabulous staff and a very comfortable stay - even though it was very short. It was perfect for my needs during a work trip to Botswana, but would work very well for holidays/families too, I'm sure!

It was so so.Bed was comfy.Aircon was slow, think it needs a proper clean. Had black particles come out. Only had 1 towel, requested 1 more but it never came.Thought we had breakfast incl, paid extra 195 pula pp, was not worth it at all.

The promise to follow up lost luggage with the airport which did not happen,and not having contacts of taxi services to the hotel which can be readily available.Not able to pay in $.Food was a challenge though

Excellent staff helpfulness and exceed expectations. Very big garden and swimming pool area, close to nature and birds. Amazing buffet dinner. Constant airport shuttles with free wifi. Excellent room service.

Few places with broken tiles. Room has a very old refrigerator. Few places which needs to painted. I cannot find too much fault with the place.

It was clean and the staff was friendly. There is a lot of fascilities here, so there is potential. The room had everything you need if you travel for business.

It is very overpriced. From the accommodation to the restaurant. Initially, I had breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant, but I got better value for money from the restaurants at the Riverside Mall.
