Stuff is great, location is good, it was clean and the food was good.

The door to the bathroom made loud noise, some hooks soon will fall, wifi was not so good on 9th floor.

Decent breakfast.

Booked a bedroom for 3 people but the room was set to accommodate 2 people. No pillow and no towels for the 3rd guest. Had to go to the front desk to ask for them. Bedroom size is small for 3 people. No privacy at the shower because the glass shower door had some transparent parts allowing who was outside the shower to see inside the shower. Tiny toilet space.

The cleanings, the room was very dirty. It was already used when I enter there without no cleaning. Some lamps didn’t work and the breakfast time was late.

There was a room with a bed for each one of us

Employees were not nice (not hepful at all), Services were expensive (we arrived before checkin and they made us pay to keep our luggage until the room was ready), Cleaning was bad (I had to do my bed myself and they were never cleaning the room), Confort was not good (bad bed, no shelves to store clothes), and it was tremendous expensive because of the Carnaval.

Good beds, aircon. You know what you get and this is something when you come to another country.

This is so far the only place without any cleaning method for the toilet.No handgun spray, no brush. I am happy that I am not a room cleaner there.Further the reception is always busy.I had to stand in line every day because the door card did not workThe location is central but neither nice nor safe at night

Maybe add staff and make the restaurant bigger. The lines were always long

I booked a room at this hotel late on Saturday evening. I called but nobody answered the phone. So I sent a message to the WhatsApp number. A staff member then told me there were no rooms available, when I was already on my way. Unacceptable

They advertised vacancies and accepted bookings when no rooms were in fact available.

Nothing at all payed very expensive and didn't have breakfast included

The mattress was very bad

Food was excellent, lots of choices and very delicious. They were constantly topping up and never ran out of anything. Clean room, changed sheets, cleaned the bathroom and removed trash every day. Staff was very nice and friendly, and attended to every request we had.

Apart from one person, the staff didn’t speak English, it was hard to understand each other, had to use google translate. Bit of a hassle with the door cards as they often didn’t work and had to run down to reception to change them, sometimes even twice. Didn’t like that we had to pay for our suitcases to be kept after our check out until we had to leave for the airport. Hotels usually have separate rooms for that without charges.

is just in bad shape, the building, the walls, the painting, the beds, the rooms are extremely small the twin beds are smaller then twin and the walls so thin that you can hear when in the next room they go to the toilet

We booked an early entry. The room wasn't ready, but they upgraded our room.

Location in great.

Breakfast is really expensive and not worthy. No variety, burned eggs, only two kinds of fruits. Avoid it and go eat somewhere nearby for the half of the price.Room is ok (very small but is a budget hotel anyway) but could been cleaned properly.

The room was too small, no mini fridge, the sink area was tiny, no dryer

I was impressed with housekerping. The cleaned, emptied the bins and made the beds daily. The front office staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Location is great! The staff members are very friendly and helpful. This is the most basic of the Ibis brand hotels but the price is accordingly attractive as a result. My only criticism is the breakfast buffet which is not of a very high quality. The only redeeming item is the fresh fruit selection. The other items are unappetising throughout.

The breakfast buffet is below par and worse than I have experienced in other Budget Ibis hotels.

Some major credit cards didn't accept this hotel's charges so I needed more credit cards to make a reservation

Brilliant location in the centre of Rio. Walking distance to the metro station and about 15 mins from the aiport. Staff are very helpful and welcoming

The rooms are extremely small. Our room was for 3, thankfully there were only 2 of us in the room, as even that was a struggle. It was difficult to even open our cases. The toilet in the room was extremely small, elbows were practically touching the wall and knees nearly on the door. There's no main light in the room which makes it very dark in the evenings. Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room.
