Nice hotel, fairly clean.

It had some issues for a 4 stars hotel, the facilities were a bit running down, the door of the bathroom was broken, cleaning could be better, there were yellow marks on the mirror, and they forgot a dirty towel from the previous guest, the changed our towels only partially fogetting half of them, they charged us for stuff that were outside the minibar and there was no way to tell which one were included and what was the price.

Basic amenities such as toothpaste, toothbrush, tissue papers, cotton butts, body wash are not provided. Water is chargeable

ao banheiro estava sujo, inclusive o hóspede anterior no havia tirará do a descarga, imaginem-se que desagradável surpresa!!! Reclamamos e “teoricamente” limparam o banheiro. Experiência horrível!!

Hotel is nice. My room had a view that was also really nice.Breakfast was great with many options. Staff was very friendly and supportive, because I don’t speak Portuguese. All staff were friendly and attentive. Rodrigo was so helpful and I can’t thank him enough.

The staff, the bed, the view of the room, the location and the meal. The Curi restaurant although has a pretty normal menu everything that we ate is absolutely delicious! The staff are well welcoming and supportive.

Unfortunately I stayed for 3 nights but since from the second night on the building had an issue with warm water... So the next days were difficult to take bath because of have only cold water. Of course it is not hotel's fault (I suppose) but it brought to me a little bit of frustration and difficulties specially when you have a 7 months baby. So for a high price rate, probably it should have a backup in cases like that.

the property is nice, the breakfast outstanding, I loved

I asked one day before traveling about the e sauna, if there was a sauna and if it was working well, they confirmed but when I got there it wasn’t working what gave me a very very big headache one I needed to cut weight by using the sauna I was counting on it but I had to pay another place to use the sauna and was very hard to do it so.

Absolutely pleasant , great location ,clean rooms , great service, very nice pool , great staff ,delicious breakfast , everything was perfect , I definitely would be back !

I love everything about the hotel !

we were staying in deluxe king room, bed was super comfy and big, room was big with nice view.staff is very nice.

cleaning could be done better, wife had also some connection problems.

We went there for a UFC event. The hotel was right in front of the venue. It could not be better. The location is surrounded by restaurants and grocery stores. It felt very safe as well.

A large event was happening, and it seemed like it had overwhelmed the hotel's capabilities. The staff seemed stressed, the check-ins were late. There was very little information about the process. This created a bit of frustration.

The room was nice

breakfast was mainly sweet stuff for kids and the £10 toaster was broken and they didn't replace it but it was entertaining watching people try to use it ?. It wasn't that clean at all pool I even saw a water boatman insect living in it plus it was dirty on the pool tiles & around it and underneath sun loungers I expected more really.

Excellent rooms, new infrastructure, overall friendly service. Its worth taking the luxury room.

The usual boring Brazilian breakfast, with cheap sausages, milky eggs and hundreds of cakes. No options for Continental or American breakfast, which at that price should come together with a price.

Location is right in front of Rock in Rio festival.

Facilities in general, terrible shower, pool area is not that impressive as well.

The deluxe room has a very nice view of the city and the was very clean!

Nothing. It was a one-night stay only. Everything worked fine!
