Location, Security & Breakfast It doesn¿t get better in term of location, close to metro, mall, and beach. Very safe, and it has parking. Breakfast was great from 6:30-10:30. They also offer lunch and dinner at a cost, very reasonable and good.

You will need to bring toiletries, theirs is minimal. Very basic hotel.

The First room that we got wasn't clean at all but they changed it immediately.

The location was perfect. Close to the shopping mall and also to the beach. There are lots of bars and restaurants one can find in the neighborhood. Bus stop in front of the door ( we didn't use it) and metro around the corner. Uber is super reliable, so I suggest skipping metro and bus and using Uber. All compliments to a personal who really is there for guests.

The hotel needs to upgrade. Matrases are dirty and worn-out. Some lights in the room were not working. Airco was making a sound, not aloving proper sleep. And then, as all this was not enough, there was a general hotel power outage for the whole night, which meant no airco no TV no mobile phone charging and very poor choice of breakfast in the dark.

The staff at front desk were very nice and helpful. The location is great for public transportation. The Botafogo subway line is just across the street. Good money value.

I could hear the other room very loudly in my own room. The bed linens were old and not much comfortable.

Very clean and organized, the room was reallycomfortable and the breakfast was amazing.

The noise we kept hearing from other rooms, but the staff were very helpful.

Was told breakfast was included when checking in but it seems that was just for the first night so got hit with a bill on checkout. They don't make it clear at all. Early check in was available but it basically cost the same as 70% of another night which is steep.

It was so run down Only one elevator was workingBeds very uncomfortable and my friend had bedbugs in his bed and room. pillows were filthy. Never changed the bed sheets once during my stay of 6 nights

All in all a really nice place. Great staff and a good location. Good if not excellent breakfast. Comfortable rooms.

The only curtains in the room are blackout curtains. If you want to change clothes or maintain privacy, you have to blackout all light coming in through the window.One of the two elevators didn’t work for all 3 days so at peak times it was much faster to take the stairs.Would’ve been nice to stream to the TV.

Very clean, staff very friendly I would mention that the breakfast were exceptional

Clean spacious room. Nice lighting in the shower.

The receptionist was rude and showed an attitude when replying to questions.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Has a good breakfast and the location feels relatively safe. Close to botafogo beach and a shopping mall, as well as lots of cafes and bars. The pizza bar downstairs is pretty good!

A bit expensive. View from the room was just the side of another building which was a shame, considering Rio is so beautiful.

Great location and very nice staff

The room is quite small for two, no equipment in the room (no kettle, no glasses, no water), lack of closet space, very very loud outside the hotel.

I would prefer double bed, but this hotel provides only twin beds which are really narrowNo kettle, tea and coffee in the room, not even glass. Safe did not worked and it was not attached to anythingBreakfast could be better

Pleasant staff, clean and comfortable

Staff was friendly and attentive. Nice selection for breakfast. The room was more worn out than photos showed. Overall a pleasant stay

Only one very thin sheet on the bed, and the walls needed fresh paint ( a lot of marks from suitcases I assume) Bed was too firm for me.

It was in a convenient position. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The staff was not willing to listen to our complaints.First we received a room without electricity and they thought we could stay in the room anyway. The girl at the reception said there is no other room available. After a long time she gave us another room. After a whole of touring we came to a dirty room that was not cleaned. When we complained, they only told us that nobody can clean the room at 21:15. We asked to get another clean room but said they have no other rooms available. when we checked on booking.com there were rooms available. When we asked to get towels, she dirt told us to wait to tomorrow but later gave them to us.They were not willing to give anything as a sorry

The location is good. Less than 1 block to the metro and bus station. There is a mall close by with great restaurants and a nice view from the top.

The room must be clean well, especially the bathroom. If your room is facing the street, will be noise even during the night. When the restaurant is full, will be noise too.
