The staff let us check in earlier to accommodate our flight schedule. The breakfast was good.

We were disappointed with the dinner menu at your restaurant. We didn't eat there because we were told on our first night that the only meals available were sandwiches.

The breakfast was honest, but in the last day both coffee machines were broken.

Do not go to this hotel, unless you plan to stay out all night long. The street is too noisy! The second night, I asked for another room, but it was a nightmare. The swimming pool, the spa, etc., all look like an abandoned place.

Wasn’t clean, the staff wasn’t kind, the gym was poor and no AC working…

I loved the staff, always welcoming and with a smile on their faces. The manager was handling all the requests very respectfully and promptly helped when necessary. We went ion high season so everybody was willing to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Room was very clean but shower was leaking a lot of water Location was amazing!

Elevator was a disaster. Doesn’t function properly. WiFi was awful

The room was very small for 3 people, only had two towels, no seats on veranda, no where to hang wet bikinis from beach or pool. Shower drain was broken. In check in we asked for upgrade.bit didn't seem upgraded. So I asked again. We got a bigger room, The pool area was full of people smoking bongs with funk music.n( not good for my daughter of 11 years old) The stairs to enter the pool was faulty ( very dangerous for my mother if 74 years old ) The waiter by pool bought us fries , asked for salt, never ache back with salt. The restaurant for breakfast had a waiter which I thought was rude and ignored us. Then I found out he has autism, he should have worn a type of chain to advise clients. Also there is 3/4 lifts to all the floors, mostly only one was working! Definitely not 4 * hotel But the best thing was Erike in the reception whovspohe very good English and upgraded us as soon as I complained! The price was very high considering when we found out price of other guests we met there.

Pool safety, chairs and table on verandas place to hang wet clothes outside, extractor fans in bathrooms, no windows there. Lifts working, better food in the pool area and umbrellas for shade from sun, there was not one umbrella. And more control of who dies what by the pool!

Great views, great mini bar even if not included in price.

Breakfast wasn't good and very little choice. Everything dirty. Bathroom floor always very wet for some reason. Bathroom door didn't close. Safe didn't work. Elevators way too busy and some buttons didn't work, so we couldn't get to our room with some elevators.

The location was amazing, right in front of the bus stop, easy access for uber/taxi.Very clean hotel, the staff is very prepared and polite.Room is comfy, the shower was amazing.

Breakfast could start at 5am.

The room. They were big, clean and comfortable.

Check in took two hours, as the reception was understaffed and the process is still paper-based that had to be manually completed. Despite having 4 elevators, only 2 was working. Given the large amount of guests, you had to wait long time, in same instances, up to 30 minutes.

3 of 4 elevators were broken.Facilities not so clean.Breakfast was terrible. Lot of people. The food was a mess and with no quality.

The whole hotel had everything to offer. The staff were so friendly and really made you feel welcome. The rooms are spacious and clean with great views from the balcony. The rooftop pool and gym are brilliant too. Breakfast was great, with a whole range of different tastes to please everyone.

Nothing! All was perfect.

Quiet place. Isolated classy area. Nice surroundings with good taste stores and businesses. Gym near by. Transportation available. Parking area for big cars.The food was good. Breakfast were tasteful and healthy. Good facilities. Nice pool on the rooftop. I liked it a lot. Intent to come down here in a near future most definitely. I'm glad I've had a good experience at this hotel. Cheers!

The over-the-counter employees at the desk office sometimes seem to be a bit sluggish or slow at performing some simple procedures such as check-in/check-out stuff. Other times, unprepared or unexperienced as far as social or business etiquette goes such as not attending first someone who jumped the line behind you and stuff of that nature...Perhaps it comes with the territory since they are youngters at their first job. Maybe one or two experienced managers over their shoulders to make sure they work efficciently would do...that's my suggestion. By the way, the elevators were a downside too. It took me years for the elevator get to my floor...I decided to take the stairs...I got strong legs because of that...lol Cheers!!!

Cleannesses, smell of mold, lifts were very busy at all times, not always working. Staff hotel using b lifts many times with lots of trolleys big laundry bags transporting with guests of the hotel. Not worth it for what we paid

The location was fine with a nice view of the sea and green area arount it. The parking area was good and the access to the hotel was easy.

We had problems with the key to open the door that took us more time than expected to be solved. The four elevators were not enough for the amount of people in the hotel once they were small.

Cleanliness, attention

Chewable Stuff are supply into the room without my concern and later we will be charge for it by force . We check out remaining one day but we didn’t have a refund though we ask for it , but it was not given .

Disappointing

Poor room amenities, not even a water glass in the bathroom. Water in the shower was not even luke warm and it takes ages to arrive. No menu in the room
