In case the minor's not accompanied by either of the parents, a notarized written consent letter from both is required. Please note that only 1 dog or cat under 8 kilos is accepted per room with an extra fee of R$ 110 per day or R$ 612 per week. Guests are required to sign a responsibility agreement and present the pet's vaccination card on arrival. Please, double check with the hotel for rules and restrictions. If booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Pool and rooftop terrace operations on December 31: The pool will close at 12:00 PM on December 31 and reopen at 12:00 PM on January 1; Due to preparations for and the celebration of the New Year's party, the rooftop terrace will also be closed from 12:00 PM on December 31 until 12:00 PM on January 1. On New Year's Eve, access to the rooftop terrace will be restricted to guests/customers holding tickets for the party.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
