The room and bathroom towels are too old bathroom facilities are also old.

I liked the district and good wifi connection

People at the check in didnt communicate properly , the hotel room was super simple with old furnitire , this is 3 star property , for sure

The location is good close to San Teresa and the Centro. The room was clean and comfortable.The staff was nice and the breakfast is good.

The cleaning staff was a bit noisy. The room did not have any view.

The hotel is old, needs maintnance. Lots of noise, on construction, banging early in the morning. Not going back there.

The Rooms were old but very clean The Breakfast they provided was really good The Location was very good. Very near to the beach.

The staff especially at Front Desk and Concierge. Everything else was fine. Nice view of the park and sunshine on the morning.

Inconsistent housekeeping but I didn't really need it. Not enough sports tv channels.

I loved that the room was really large. I wanted a room for two people with single beds, and the receptionist went out of his way to give us a triple room in lack of a double, which was very kind. The bed was comfortable, and the room had a small fridge, which was very practical to keep water. Location was amazing as we were working at the Marina and could walk there every morning.

Our room was noisy as it was next to the elevator, which meant we woke up really early with staff going around. The shower didn't have much pressure.

Pretty good staff, they accept storing your luggage before check-in and to receive delivery from friends in your name at the reception. The room was pretty good.

The front of the hotel and the area nearby is a bit dark at the night. There was a bit of mold in the bathroom ceiling.

I spent a very comfortable 5 nights on vacation. An older style hotel but very clean and room cleaned and serviced daily. Nice buffet breakfast 6-10 am. On 7th floor there is a rooftop small swimming pool and a basic gym. Close to the Gloria metro station and a short walk to the beach across the two bridges over the main roads. A few good local restaurants just outside. Supermarket a 20 minute walk. It's very close (3km) to the Santos Dumont domestic airport but far (25km?) to the international airport.

picturesque district with lots of greenery, many parks and statues and small squares, central but quiet location, many birds-even an arara-parrot was around,I was the only foreigner in tha whole Hotel, mainly brazilian Bus-tour-touristgroups there.they have a Sauna there, for those really frosty days in Rio...

the hotel and its interior are somewhat older,some staff are really nice and open-minded, others were just monosyllabic and distant,pool was not clean, frigobar was empty, less than zero points on a scale of 100 for the amenities, Gym was maybe a joke...

I fell seriously on my second day. I could stay with them a few days longer. They arranged a taxi to the hospital. Got better eventually.Room is big. Breakfast is very good. Staff is nice, especially Davi and his colleague. Close to the subway.

The restaurant next door got me diarrhea.

Hotel is centrally located; kind and accommodating staff; great breakfast; clean and comfortable. If I return to Rio, I will stay at Golden Park.

The hotel itself was decent, bathroom could do with an upgrade and the door seemed a bit insecure, nice park outside, staff were really friendly and helpful

The location was ok but the town centre (Gloria Centro) was a bit rough.Internet did not work in room

Everything is a little bit obsolete, but in good condition, very responsive staff, tasty and plentiful breakfast, close to the city center, beach and domestic airport

The hotel just a 10-15 min walk away from Flamengo Beach, close the Metro Station Gloria, just next to the Park and Different Shops are just nearby

The smell of the hall wasn't pleasant.. It needs a bit of painting and renovations.
