The views were amazing !!! Everyone was so friendly and tri-lingual !

It’s a little off the beaten path. I liked that it wasn’t as crowded as Ipanema or Copacabana, but there wasn’t a lot to do around besides the mall and some restaurants.

The view was astonishing and the staff was very welcoming. Especially Gabriel who helped us in any aspect he could.

Nothing really. The only odd thing was that they charged us for playing live music on the roof top per person! As if we had it as a meal :D plz be aware that the beach in front of the hotel is not suitable for swimming.

Yoo2 was a complete disappointment. I did not like anything, and I had reason to compare because I was in Ipanema, in Rio de Janeiro, the first 3 days in a boutique hotel that was tiny but spectacular in every aspect.

I expected a nice boutique hotel and I found a run down, dark and dirty one. The bathroom was basic, black mold all over it and terrible quality appliances. The furniture of the room and doors also showed damage, even the front desk of the hotel, showed damage. The mattresses felt cheap and the bed sounded of metal with every move. The lights in the room and all over the place are dimmed low... so everything is very dark. Other areas of the Hotel were also of poor quality and the suposedly wonderful Rooftop was run down and cheap looking. The service at the Front desk was slow and with terrible attitude most of them as though they were doing you a favor and you were bothering them. Lastly, the water is not drinkable and they do not leave courtesy water in the room and the breakfast was really poor.

I visit Rio frequently, and this was my first time staying at this hotel. Unfortunately, we got off on the wrong foot due to an IT error that caused issues at the restaurant—twice. However, the staff was extremely polite and went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The location is perfect, right in front of one of Rio’s most beautiful beaches. Will come back!!

The hotel is in a perfect location, right in front of the Sugarloaf Mountain, and the staff was very attentive and provided all the support we needed. Additionally, the room was very clean, well-organized, had a good size, and met all our needs.

The shower leaked a little water onto the bathroom floor.

Great Staff attention. We were 9 in the family and arrived and left at awkward hours and the staff was tremendously polite and helpful. We will return for sure.

The staff in the hotel were the most unhelpful I have ever seen. The room was not properly cleaned and the condition of the room was really poor.

Was sooo good the view is amazing. The staff is amazing as well, always giving u advice and place to eat, drink. My bed was sooo comfortable.

View, pool, breakfast were all very good. The bathroom in the room and the products provided were good.

Room service and customer care can be improved. Value for money is not good - I would expect more for the price.

The “Hilton” name is misleading and we expect much more, hotel is old. The only good thing is the nice view on the rooftop which you can spot the Christ the Redeemer from a distance.

Electric adapters are located very low close to the floor, hard to charge phones and the water kettle has to be placed on the floor to get water boiled. Door of wardrobe doesn’t close properly thus lights are turned on all night long.

My friend’s bag including her passport was stolen from the lobby by a stranger entered inside. All incident was clear on security cam. The hotel management only helped by providing support on arranging cars and a night of stayed but stoped communication afterwards. My friend has paid thousands of dollars for this trip but due to the incident she had to return home just in second day!

We just spent 9 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great location to reach the city’s sites, restaurants, bars and night life. Excellent breakfast buffet. Good gym for both weight and cardio training. Lovely, scenic rooftop pool and sun loungers. Our room was very comfortable with a good bed. Spectacular views over Botafogo Bay and the Sugarloaf. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Yan on reception and Davi at breakfast. We certainly recommend this hotel.
