No WiFi no tv ac was leaking toilet stopped up hard to reach staff and rental car was damaged by valet and lost my deposit

The door boys were rude, didn’t acknowledge husband and I, entering or leaving. Never greeted us entering or leaving, wondering if they were prejudice on us being gay?

The room was floated because of the arco. Until now i didn’t recieve the payment receipt and I’ve been requesting all the time…

I liked the proximity to the beach, of course. The pool was very good also. That's probably it. Not many good features for an so-called 4 Stars hotel.

The room was dirty. Walls, furniture and celling were dirty or scratched. Bathroom was also old and rusty. Way bellow what I expected for a so-called 4 stares. Especially considering the room cost.

It looks nice from the outside and it’s in a good location.

The bedside tables were broken. The water takes 5 minutes to get warm. There is a lot of mildew in the bathroom. The mirror in the bathroom is flaking badly. Rust. Patching and painting have been attempted but they weren’t done well. The fridge and the microwave seem to have been afterthoughts so they were just thrown on the counter filling it completely. No water in the room. We used the provided sign to indicate that we wanted the room to be cleaned but nothing was done.

The distance to the beach was the best thing.

The food was not to the standards of the qualification for the hotel. The staff was a bit rude at first but varied depending the time of the day and people. The room wasn’t also luxury as it said it was.

The hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. Even though the bathroom needed some "updating", the room overall was very comfortable. Also, all the facilities in the hotel are very good, you have everything you need.

The breakfast experience was not the best, the area is small and gets too crowded at peak times, you have to queue to get a table.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others: do NOT stay at this hotel. I paid for what was supposed to be their “best room,” and what we were initially given was absolutely unacceptable—run-down, depressing, and clearly not what I paid for. Only after complaining did they move us, and even then, the “upgrade” was a joke.The room we ended up in still had major issues. The doors didn’t work properly, the air conditioning in the main room was broken, and to top it all off—I found a cockroach. Yes, in their best room. The entire property is in rough shape and badly in need of renovations.I spoke to other guests who were just as horrified. No one I met had a good experience. The beach out front is mediocre at best, and unless you’re up at the crack of dawn, you can forget about getting a beach chair or even a towel. They simply run out. Unacceptable for a so-called “resort.”The whole experience felt like a scam. Don’t be fooled by the photos or the descriptions—this hotel is nothing like what they promise. Save yourself the money, time, and frustration. Don’t go.

Property was great, rooms were nice, great view

Property was nice, our room wasn’t ready until 7pm we got there at 12pm, we had 2 suites for 3 adults and 4 children and they still made me pay extra. Then the room that took so long to be ready wasn’t ready when u got the, the toilet didn’t flush had to fill the garbage can with water and throw into the toilet to get the waste to go down, the shower water went over the shower curtain so by time u finished the shower the bathroom was flooded. The sink over flowed. We actually ended our stay early cus of these issues

I liked the breakfast have many kinds of food but they could make omelette too.

The apartments need to be renewed inside and the bed linen was old need to buy new ones. The minibar was very old.The line for check in and check out was the same they should have a different line because takes a lot of time.

The view from the balcony was beautiful. The bed was super comfy.Netflix was awesome.There was a band playing music to welcome us, and it was great!Location was great!

The outlet to plug the iron was only available in the bathroom, which was inconvenient to press clothes.

Old building, it needs a remodeling and change old doors, old sofas and old furniture.

Pool area was lovely. Snack bar was good and food fine. Nice cocktails and good value for money

Paid for a suite which smelt damp and was very poor. Balcony doors didn't open properly as come off sliders. seating area had mis matched furniture. no glasses for water in the kitchen area.

quality to price ratio is horrible. I was put into a very old and outdated room which was not worth the price at all. It was spacious, and the balcony was great ... but besides that, all the furniture was completely outdated and falling apart.

The beach

The bedroom was in very bsd shape and old, bulbs and AC not working 100%. They need to have people that talks at least english. Was not the experience that im use to have with Whyndhamm chain. The room were very humid and very bad shape the furniture.

Horror movie

I had to cancel the reservation as soon as I stepped in the room. It looked like a horror movie. Mold on the walls, water dripping from the ceiling, bugs on the curtains, on the furniture, stains on the couch. They denied transferring me to another room and said all rooms are like this. Please don’t book this hotel for your safety!

Everyone was friendly, courteous. The pool and gym were great too. We tried the spa and enjoyed that. The The morning breakfast was delicious. Beach had easy access and close to good restaurants.

Our room needed better curtains. Daylight would come in at 5am like it was midday so bright.

The room is very dated needs to be renovated as it’s old and worn. Bathroom exh didn’t work. WiFi was terrible. Noise old fridge/ and rusted Floor was lifting up. Had to pay 5 real for some hot water for my baby
