Pros +

I love the fact that it¿s on a ¿morro¿ as they call it her. It¿s an easy walk to major areas which with Ubers aren¿t expensive. The owner was there pretty much everyday trying to fix anything and renovations are taking place as I write.

Cons -

The only downfall is that there are still renovations to get done. However, as I spoke to the owner and he was hands on in making sure that things are getting done.
