Américas Benidorm Hotel

Everything was good, location, food, staff was very friendly, they pretty much helped me with anything and everything I needed, including tours and currency exchange. I will definitively return to this hotel again. I highly recommend it.

Everything was good, no complaints.

Like the huge room for a 3 people suite. It has a big bathroom including sauna. The location is pretty good as its 2 block from beach.

Construction and no pool, no real windows in the room

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to beach, restaurants and shops. The room is spacious with modern design and new furniture as it was recently renovated. It is clean and bright. The bed is very comfortable. The shower is very nice. It is possible to use the facilities of Americas Copacabana hotel on 17th floor rooftop swimming pool and terrace

The building is still under construction of renovation, so that the lift is slow and often occupied by shifting construction materials. The window isolation is poor as the room facing the busy street is quite noisy

Excellent breakfast buffet.

I should say that they were under construction but knowing this in advance as they mentioned in my booking was all ok and I was ready to cope with this

The hotel is undergoing renovations so it was a little bit noisy at times

The room was spacious and clean and the staff friendly. We have always found order and cleanliness when we return to our room in the evening.

Breakfast was scarce in terms of quantity and variety. I asked to have anything sweet that didn't have lactose and it wasn't possible. I had to eat eggs for 5 days with a piece of watermelon and a piece of bread. From a four star I expect much more than this. The available elevators (two) were perpetually occupied by bricklayers. I think a reorganization of the spaces is necessary because it can't take you 10 minutes to wait for an elevator and go down to the ground floor. It's also not nice that the receptionist tried to have contact with us via social channels like Instagram without asking us for permission. It is a violation of personal privacy data. The window panes are too thin and even though we were on the eleventh floor you could hear a LOT of traffic from the street.

I showed up a few hours before checking time, they charged me to store my luggages. I heard it first time.

Ask for a room away from the street.

Big room and bathroom, lots of space to spread out. Wide selection at breakfast. Practical shopping choices in neighborhood.

Sometimes construction noise in daytime

The hotel is undergoing renovations and the new rooms are very comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The location is good.

There was a lot of noise and dust due to the renovations. One of the days we didn’t have hot water for hours due to the construction.

It was old and under refurbishment. Works and dust and just 1 lift during the day . All so noisy that my stay was a living hell. Never again .

Very poor

I arrived at 10AM to leave my bag at the lobby, they immediately rushed the payment, I returned at 2pm to check in, they said my room is not ready, while I waited in the lounge for 1 hour they had checked in 5 other guest before me, the bathroom has mould on the walls, the taps in the bathroom are old, they brought a piece of paper to me in the waiting area to fill in my information while others was properly checked in at reception, the staff stare at you at the buffet breakfast because you a foreigner which makes it very uncomfortable. The air conditioner does not work, room was cold

Big room and staff was friendly

Room was dirty, bathroom had mold on ceiling, safe wasn’t functioning and they dismissed calling someone to fix it. Hotel is going through renovations but even so they will put customers on same floors where the renovation is happening. Because of this, I had an allergic reaction because of the construction dust. Besides, since there’s no service elevator, elevators are always busy and dirty as they’re used to load construction materials on it.
