The shower¿ water pressure was very powerful like a fireman water hose. The restaurant¿s food was very good!

The bed wasn't good and the hot tub up on the roof wasn't hot enough.

The staff was very busy at times but were always very professional. They went out of their way to take care of me. A special thanks to the woman at the front desk at check out. Obrigado pra todo.

Location was fantastic. And the staff went out of there way to make sure you were having a great time. Remembered our names; our room number and Breakfest was always full and ready to grab.

The bathtub / shower. Very high to get up into and kinda dangerous.

The rooftop bar had an amazing view. The staff helping with the baggage always had a smile on their face and were helpful.The king bed of the room was big and comfortable enough.

The hotel itself is a bit on the old style side so don't expect fancy schmanzy.The room is not really sound proof and you can hear what happens on the hallway.During high season expect higher rates, as it's normal - but it still gives the impression the cost didn't match the offered service.

Everything was perfect.

It's all about location. Just in front of Copacabana beach makes it very convenient. Lot's of places to eat and easy to take an Uber from. Friendly staff very helpful. If you have a beach view room the view its awesome!

Remember you are paying for the location, all the rest it's just below average. The building had better years in the past, it's not in bad shape but old (kind like me). It's a 14 floor building with 9 apartments per floor and just 2 elevators. At some point it was a nightmare to take the elevator to our room in the 13th floor. The gym was also a bit disappointing, one treadmill and a bike (both in good shape) some not enough weight and a strength machine that did not work at all, also not much space to do anything else. Finally, we paid about 200usd per night for an ocean view room, for the price it was not a good hotel, you just pay for the location. Breakfast was also below average. Sorry but I would not stay here again or recommend the place.

The bathrooms definitely need to be changed to be more modern. The bath tub is little higher which can cause someone to trip and fall. It better yo get rid of the bathtubs in all suites. Also the beds could be changed and be more comfortable

The hotel has a fantastic location on Copacabana Beach, but it's dated.I had a fantastic view from my roomThe staff is fine.The staff was very attentive and despite the number of people who emptied the breakfast buffets quickly, they constantly replenished them.

The room and bathroom are a good size, but look as dated as the rest of the hotelBreakfast is disappointing. Lots of variety, but not good to me.

Swimming pool was too small and therefore was crowded. Elevators too slow.

The location, the room was super clean, the breakfast with great variety, the top floor pool bar views.

There was a constant noise in the room fromthe vent or airflow probably. This along with the sound of the room mini fridge was at a point unbearable. We had to take the fridge out of the plug to sleep. Apart from there was mixed information coming from the staff with regards their laundry services and timings which ended up in not managing to do our laundry on time as planned for our big trip ahead.

Perfect position, clean and with a good breakfast. The staff was friendly and from the room we could see the Christ!

Sure where I booked said there would be mountain views. One, of two rooms, had the mountain view the other had a view of walls of other buildings. Asked for a change and nothing.

The location is great. Excellent and diverse breakfast with a great choice of fruits and desserts. Nice roof top swimming pool. Amazing view from the room. Everything is clean.

Forget about wifi in the room. It either impossible to connect or super slow. It takes endless to load email and then it disconnects again. So if you need to use wifi in room, think about an alternative.The rooms are quite dated already and not very big.
