- The lady at reception I found her very impatient, she lacks people's skills especially for being at reception, this make you the face of the business, a little warm welcoming smile wouldn't kill her. Come to my room we were given two single twin beds combined together with a mattress cover this made the bed very uncomfortable, the sheets were old with dark/ black stains otherwise the place is very neat quiet but because of the uncomfortable bed we could not enjoy our rest.
- Ironing bay is a bit far, prefer to have my ironing space
