- Words can not express how I feel about this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, I felt like they knew me, and appreciated me being there. I recommend this hotel to everyone that comes to durban. The staff always had my safety in mind.

- the internet was a little choppy but it was understandable to not a big issue. I'll say 95% of the time it worked fine
