The staff are excellent . Breakfast was great!

The rooms are a bit run down compared to other premier hotels I have stayed in. Very noisy aircon without a remote. Housekeeping staff absent throughout the night. House phones not working. One lift; you wait forever

my room didn't had towels no milk in the room ask for iron but never received one, their is a club which plays disco music load the whole night next door

The food in dinner was awful in the kitchen was small badly, not fresh air

Place was not bad. loud area. No microwave in the rooms, and you if you want a fridge you must ask for it

Safe parking and the lift was working. Rooms were comfortable.

On check in the staff was very welcoming and friendly.

At breakfast there were no toaster. Staff was not too happy to prepare the toast on the grill for me. The cook assisting with dishing up can do with additional training on plating the food

Always a great experience, staff is professional, friendly and big thanks to the front office staff for their great check in assistance. Breakfast is delicious and rooms are superb and clean. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff, clean and quiet

Shower in room 314 does not drain properly, it floods. The ironing board provided needs to be replaced, the iron was dirty and sticky, DStv kept loosing signal and no water provided for our second night.

The staff (Thembeka) was friendly, helpful and welcoming.

The rooms are small, there is no additional blankets in the room, the carpets were not cleaned properly

We loved everything about our stay. The staff is super friendly. Every corner you turn, you get someone greeting you. They accommodated us by letting us check in an hour earlier due to us having an event to attend and get ready for. The buffet breakfast was top-notch. The lounge where we chilled at Saturday night after a hectic day, was absolutely amazing, and it is beautiful decorated. It definitely gives "home away from home" vibes. Oh, and the music, it gave "romance vibes"?

The noise and terrible worrisome screams that came from the shebeen next to the hotel at night. It was really bad on my first night. At least I was moved to another side on my second night where it was quiet.
