Breakfast was very good and surpassed our expectations. My family, including my 7-year-old, liked it very much. Dinner was also very good and met our expectations. Kudos to the lady who served us dinner
The towels on the second day were not as nice as the ones on the first day. Additionally, the shower gel in the showers was finished and was not replaced.
Breakfast is great and there is a wide variety, the staff are very friendly and accommodating, I had a problem that the staff were more than willing to help sort out.
The rooms feel incredibly dark, there is not enough lighting in the room and bathroom especially at night or if the curtains are drawn. The poor lighting in the bathroom makes it feel very outdated

They did not have ice, they promised to bring a bar fridge for 2 days they did not. Yet they kept saying they’ll bring one

The swimming pool is very small. My room was just above the lobby on the first floor and I found it to be a little loud so I had to use ear plugs.

The rooms are expensive. We were told the daily rate exclude breakfast. Which we paid more than R3700 for 2 rooms

At the end I need to book an alternative. Never got my money back. I asked to extend my stay by one day. they never responded or only with a not existing email adresse where i should send my request. nothing ever happend. very disappointing
