Easy access to nearby facilities such shopping malls, universities. Most helpful by the reception, and even offered the family a cup of coffee early morning departure.

The venue location was good, at a very convenient location in town.

The venue did not have an elevator, making me to walk up and down the stairs (3 floors). The air conditioner was not working (in the very hot Bloemfontein!!!), and staff did not even try to resolve the matter. There is no intercom, forcing me to go up and down for the iron. The quality of the iron, old, burning clothes, rachet!!! I made request for elderly people to be located close to the ground floor. The staff there have an IDC attitude. It's a disgrace!!!

Staff were friendly, welcoming and assisted with recommendations. The room was clean, everything was functioning as it should and the beds comfortable. The linen on the beds were adequate and clean. The towels were clean and white but were a little dated and needs replacement. Parking and security was very good with a good location. The only negative was the a large group of choral signers booked in the same night and it was extremely noisy for long periods at night which affected our rest before our long drive.

Noise from large groups checking in and into the night. No control. People knocking on our door thinking we were somebody else.

Some guy was smoking in the passage and all the smoke went in our room. We are non-smokers. We did not approach him and went to reception for assistance. I must commend the receptionist, he handled it and really made sure of our comfortability at your facility. Thanks for that. It looks very safe for parking. Locked up gates

The fact that I cannot communicate with the reception from my room. No telephone facilities. I had to walk down the stairs to go talk to the receptionist. He was busy somewhere or perhaps went to relief himself, and I had to wait until he was back. He didn't take long and was very friendly and professional though and went out of his way to assist us. My suggestion is to get an assistant to help so that there will always be someone at the reception area. One thing that will make me not to go back is the crowd entered in the morning. The kind of crowd that will really take the standard of your facility down.

The plumbing on the basin need attention. There was a wistling sound from the window because of the wind.

The tea and coffee available at any time and the helpfulness of the staff in assisting with that..

There were holes in the sheet on the bed and the bathmat. The towels we're rather thread bare.

I really enjoyed the fact that I could store my luggage at the hotel since I arrived very early for checking in. I also enjoyed that there is a restaurant walking distance from the hotel.

The air-conditioning wasn't working properly. I was struggling with my health and this would've helped a lot. I ended up leaving the window open the entire time. It would've been nice to be given the WiFi password. Also, this was the first time I've stayed at this hotel, and wasn't sure how the coffee or refreshments worked. This would've helped with my stay. Also, I understand that the breakfast you have to order and pay for separately from your booking fee, I wasn't asked if I wanted breakfast or not.

The reception is well managed. The guy treated us very well .I was happy with his service.

The towels need to be changed. They used to be white, they have changed the colour. To something else. I think they have been used for a very long time

There were guests sitting in the corridors making noise at 00:10.

Disappointing

There was a drunk couple that aggressively tried to open my door in the middle of the night. I could hear the other guests as they walked past my door, speaking throughout the night.

We had a pleasant stay for the few hours we spent there. We were on the road for 12 hours and were very tired. So to reach accomodation and get it so tidy was a bonus.

The location was very close on campus where my graduation took place so it was a walkie distance to campus.

I didn't like that the rooms did not have wardrobe to put the bags and clothes

That cleaner who rudely asks people to etsa ka pele when they’re downstairs making tea for themselves must stop acting like she owns the place. She must also not go to people’s rooms to ask them what time they’re leaving. People will automatically leave when it’s time for checkout. Bloody ell.

Was given a room on the ground floor near reception, and noise levels at night from other guests were a bit annoying .
