Room was big and bed extremely comfortable. Ate dinner outside in a pretty garden

It was an absolutely ridiculously huge room. Probably just short of 200sqm including the balcony.

It is impossible to keep a place like this clean. The couches were disgusting. Dead insects on the headboard. Linen desperately needs to be replaced. I felt itchy all night in the bed. Really just disgusting. I tried to sleep on top of the bed first but then gave up and got under the covers.

The rooms were large and very comfortable. The Hotel was well out of Bloemfontein and just off the main route to Johannesburg. The staff were great.

No elevator. Although the building was only 2 stories high with a lot of luggae a lift or elevator would have helped. Other than that everything was good.

Location was good just off the highway with a filling station nearby. Ideal for an overnight stop on your journey. Breakfast was lovely. Bed was comfortable. Restaurant is well priced.

Signing in and out by security at the main entrance can be frustrating. One needs a new pin on every entry and they scan your license each time. Up side to this though is great security.

Dinner was great. Staff great. Rooms comfy.

Lovely room and breakfast

The jo-jo tanks outside the room was not a garden view. The pumps went on an off the whole night- very disturbing.

Location was great not far from the highway and easy to access, safe, away from the clutter of town. Loved it definitely coming back. Staff at reception was also amazing. Extremely secure

We were only passing through but it was a really great stopover. Spacious room with all we needed. And good access to N1.

The place is beautiful, the staff was very friendly and the service was outstanding. The food was ok, and they organized massages for us which was great, and the lady made it special for my daughter as it was her birthday as I requested.

I booked the place so that I could have a writing marathon in the quietness of the morning, at 3am. The marathon normally runs until 8am. There was no electricity from 4am, and so I could accomplish the real reason I booked the place. I also had asked the hotel to organize something special for my daughter because it was her birthday, but they didn't. I had expected maybe a cup cake at dinner, or flowers, or chocolate at check in. I was disappointed. My daughter turned 21.

Exceptional Stay! Friendly staff. Our spacious room exceeded expectations, surpassing beauty and comfort. Breakfast was equally impressive. This hotel will now be our go-to destination in Bloemfontein.

Bathroom toilet seat did not fit - the top seat keeps falling down and does not remain open. Seems to have been fitted in a hurry because it is not aligned.

The location and the fact that it is in a security estate makes you feel safe.

On the second night that we arrived at the hotel after being out all day, we arrived to a parking lot full of cars with no place to park our vehicle. Once inside we noticed that the place was full of people for a private function. While packing up in the room you could hear the party in the court yard. We decided to make alternative arrangements for the night and checked out. On the Sunday the hotel asked us for a bank confirmation letter but 5 days later we are still waiting for our promised refund.

Food was fantastic and staff friendly.

Shower was so dirty that I used flip flops when using the shower. Took a day before they could clean it, which also wasn't up to standard. Bathroom doors are not solid, bottom part of the door has louvres, so privacy might be an issue for some people

Great venue for a stopover or for business in Bloemfontein. Secure parking, great rooms, great break away areas and good service. Can't fault it. Lovely setting and beautiful garden

Pool wasn't working but not a big issues.
