Breakfast was good abd the room was perfect for a family, with some privacy.

The rooms and staff is really great.

The manager is very unhelpful. I asked for a business invoice with our information on. When I called she was short and rude over the phone. When I mailed her with the information, she send me the invoice without the information as I need it. Her reply on the male was you can get this from booking.com.We travel for work frequently unfortunately because of her behavior we will not be albe to use City living again.

The location is great. Their breakfast ends at 09:00 which too early compared to other institutions i've experienced.

1. Their first communication to me through booking.com's messaging system was to inform me about their cancellation policy instead of thanking me for choosing them and hope i enjoy my stay, that was a turn off.2. Upon arrival, I was not issued with a wifi code.3. The bathroom does not have space to place a toiletry bag, the space is just enough for a basin.4. Due to their complicated taps, I struggle to get hot water on Saturday morning, the guy i called also struggled then when he eventually got it right, he told me i was not supposed to turn the tap all the way to hot.5. Manners are important to me, when i arrived from gym on Saturday morning, i greeted the old white lady at reception and she didn't even bother to acknowledge me.6. I left my wet gym clothes on the floor when I came back at night, the house keeper had packed in my suitcase with my clean clothes - WHY?

It's clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The executive suite toilet doesn't offer privacy, it's just in the open.

Location

Bathroom walls were filthy all it would take is for them to wipe it down. No plug points near the bed, lighting poor, ordered water which was never delivered to my room.

Not a very pleasant experience.

The room was double booked therefore the booking made through the hotel directly received preference for the self catering unit booked. This was known to the manager prior to guest arrival, yet we were not made aware. The hotel then offered a suite to the guest, which had no microwave and fridge. The guest had to use communal kitchen. On the first evening there were plumbing issues after 8 pm which had to be resolved. The hotel had many reservations which signs were up for. If the desired rooms are not available or are not like what is seen on the booking sites - this should not be advertised as such.

Good breakfast, clean bedding.

Television not working 50% of the time. Reception not always available to open gates. No hot water in shower for duration of stay, had to wash in basin.

wifi was poor. linen wasnt clean. only netfilx no tv access everything wasnt as the pictures. breakfast was worst.

Comfotable location, lovely garden an breakfast was good.

The bathroom towels were old and frayed.

The night shift guy was friendly, they had great food in the morning and the service was good.

Having to be out at exactly 10 and not being able to open and close the gate as i pleased

absolutely not value for money. Old towels, noisy.

There was a lot of noise at night on the corridors and I could not sleep. Not sure if there was staff at night but the noise was unpleasant.

Terrible stay

There was no hot water in the room and when we called reception to alert them they did not give us a satisfactory response. There was still no hot water in the morning

The location is central.The prices were reasonable.

We had very noisy group of guests as neighbors which spoiled everything for us as we couldn't have good night of sleep.The general cleanliness of the bed linen,room carpets and shower area could be improved.

The breakfast was amazing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The rooms could use a bit more light.

Location of property is excellent.

We were in Bloemfontein for a tennis tournament. We couldn't sleep. The party that was held at the property kept on till 3 o'clock in the morning.

There was noise from other guests could not sleep due to the noise that only stopped after 12 midnight

Looks modern

The staff cleaned the corridor at 8pm and it was loud! They tried to opened my door without knocking at night, the internet connection was horrible, could not watch Netflix

Rooms not checked at all

No hand soap or soap at bath. Lack of cleanlinessShower very small and mixer in room 101 shower tight and poor design.Bed had hair under covers which meant it wasn’t washed.
