There was no kettle in the room or drinking water. In the morning at 07:30 there was no hot water, I waited for it until 09:15 and ended up showering with cold water

Not worth the money

On the outskirts of the areaNo restaurants in close proximity Towels were dirty and had to be replaced Shower is open and allows water to spray everywhere Beds were extremely uncomfortable Booked Bed and Breakfast, in the morning I was told that there is no breakfast and I would be refunded for it. Left my bank details and 2 weeks later, no refund. Called the property 3 times and they just tell me that someone will call me back, which never happens.

Bad service

Charge you for bed and breakfast and then tell you there is no breakfast in the morning. Promise you a refund for the breakfast, which doesn’t happen. Beds uncomfortable Not worth the money

Second night we booked for a couple but we were only provided with one bath towel...And the toilet paper was almost used when we check in.. But no extra toilet paper was provided..

The friendliness of the staff and the quietness of the area. The breakfast was good.

The shower needs a door as well as an extractor hence the rooms are not user friendly for children.

Well it might seem that the reviews on the property has been left by close friends or relatives as it is so far from the truth….. The innitial perseption that uou get is it is clean, well that is defenately not the case, the linnen where dirty and the towels had stains in them, we actually moved from one room to the room next door and it was not as dirty as the previous room but it had compared to that room. Very dissapointed , as the expectation of a boutique hotel has not been met. While we were busy loading the luggage in the car to leave you can see the towrls that has been washed hanged up with stains still present. Just saying that you would expect better especially after reading the reviews. Much dissapointed

Nothing at all

Excellent venue, clean, welcoming staff. I love those gardens .My recommendation will be on breakfast. Enough food should be put on the serving table, eg bread, butter,frits and toaster.

The network was badThe tv only allowed us to watch if we used our own credentials to log into DSTV stream, Showmax, etc.There was no soap in the bathroom.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. It is value for money.

Very bad, breakfast was horrible no option to choose from, struggle to get simple thing as english breakfast, the bed linen was not changed for the 4 days i was there

It was near where we wanted to be, so that was really good.

for the price I expected a bit more. We stayed in room 4. The shower water ran into the toilet, the heardrier plug did not fit into the wall, I had to go to reception. The filter coffee machine had Ricoffee and we had to make a plan to get ordinary coffee made.

Taps in the bathroom incorrectly marked, they were swapped around. Coffee machine provided but no coffee provided; would suggest offering coffee for purchase. Instant coffee was provided but no electric kettle available to boil the water.

Close to the main road

No shower door. Water spills all over after showering. Beds were not comfortable and too short, i had to sleep diagonally to fit. Bathroom had mould developing on the wall.
