BON Hotel Bloemfontein Central

I loved how friendly the staff were. They were very kind. I had 4 kids and they showed such patience.

The beds were comfortable

Kindly pay attention on the toilet pipe please at room 315, it had a little bit of a leakage when you flush.

Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Nice breakfast spread just missing the proper machine coffee. Well maintained hotel

It is a bit outdated but matches the price. Although a bit old it has a nice retro feel.

Room was clean, staff was professional

My wife and I felt like our lives were under threat as people knocked and attempted to open our door throughout the evening, which lead to us fleeing the hotel at 4am in fear

The welcoming staff and space after a long fight was just what I needed

The space is welcoming , comfortable and clean . Easy to access and public transport not so far for additional travel

Staff very welcoming, clean and spacious rooms, good WIFI and airport shuttle!

Location - crowded neighborhood

Room size, cleanliness, location and access to mall, parking security

My wife did not like the ironing room. I think if it was re-painted it would be a different story.

We had a wonderful stay at your hotel! The delicious breakfast was a highlight, but what really made our visit special was the Thursday night live music session at the BON bar featuring Mr. Seleke. The Kelebogile cocktail was also a standout. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a perfect night's sleep. Thank you for providing such a great experience. We truly appreciate the hospitality and atmosphere.

we experienced issues with the bathroom basin. Despite reporting the problem, it wasn't fixed during our stay.

Loved the friendliness of the staff and the overall experience. The hotel is also directly linked to the city mall so very convenient to get a few goodies.

Location is not great but you don't really need to go outside as the parking underground links directly to the hotel.

Reception staff was friendly.

Terrible surroundings, no hot water, smoking allowed in restaurant.

Hotel was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Like the fact that they offered a free shuttle service which was very convenient seeing that we flew up and needed to travel to and from the hotel which they gladly assisted for our entire three day stay. Over all, excellent service, highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Bloemfontein.

Staff, bed and breakfast was good

Water was not hot enough

Great food, friendly staff

The rooms need some TLC, the ironing room needs painting

I liked how warm and comfortable it was. I loved the airport service best - I’d definitely recommend this place

Aside from struggling to connect my son’s device to the WiFi and DSTv, our stay was comfortable

Rooms are clean.Staff very kind and professional Security always around

Good breakfast and friendly staffClean and tidy.

Noisy schoolkids occupying the same floor as us. Also the hotel could not control/caution them. The hotel should insist that te teachers sleep on the same floor as the children - to control them. Was better after they left.

Nice old hotel. Needs some maintenance on the doors! The staff is very helpful, friendly, and polite! They go out of their way to assist.

The decor and rooms are a little tired especially considering the price. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good breakfast. Very clean bedrooms. The hotel staff is amazing and so thoughtful. They were able to check in me after 1 am.
