The space in the rooms is a bit tight.

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. The comfort of the room was ok.

nobody informed about close by event - noisy all weekend until 4:00 am. was expecting to be notified of such a significant impact

The breakfast was absolutely perfect, there was a variety at the buffet and the food was served warm. The staff was very friendly and assisted us as quickly as possible. I loved everything about my stay with Willow lake and I am looking to returning during the warmer days.

Nice atmosphere, good parking, excellent restaurant.

Lingering smell of tobacco smoke in the corridor outside our bedroom, even though the area was non smoking. It was possible to enter the rooms area by a back entrance that was not secure.

Horrible Experience

1.We arrived timeously for check in only to be told that rooms were not ready and should be ready in 15 to 20 minutes ' to which they were still not ready. 2. Lady at the reception has no manners, she is cold and has a condescending attitude. 3. There was no brown bread at breakfast, asked for it and never came until I finished eating,. This was the most uncomfortable stay I have ever had in a hotel. Not visiting ever again.

Cleanliness, friendliness of the staff and the close proximity to the Mall was a selling point for me.

Close to where we wanted to be. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Good breakfast. Best omelettes. Comfy beds - top notch. Very clean. Aircon works well.

Our room faced the road and parking area - noisy. Ask for a quiet room.

The reception and staff members were amazing

Toilet didn’t flush and carpets are dirty the stairs don’t look safe to step onto them and they are dirty. However the room was neat toilet didn’t flush. I dropped off my cousins at sun1 it looked neater and tidier than this one had regrets considering what I paid for was a better standard than sun1

Breakfast was ok

I was in a room that is too narrow and small (Room 105) unlike other years of my stay. It was really bad and uncomfortable

The flexibility by manager to move us to another room.

Upon checkin, we were booked into a quadriplegic room without explanation. When we informed receptionist that we are not happy, the manager said it’s because they were fully booked, but she will move us to another unoccupied room whose owner had not yet arrived. I found this unreasonable as we booked beforehand and were not told that the rooms are fully booked only quad left. The least the receptionist could do was to explain before accepting our payment.

Staff really friendly and try very hard. Central position easy access to the centre of town.

Breakfast was ok, a little of everything. The restaurant menu looks interesting, but the execution is not great. Rooms are very small; bathroom is not great.

Rooms neat and well laid out. Clever use of space. Staff are exceptionally friendly, breakfast was lovely and room service dinner was superb..

No issues

The location.

The concert nearby until the early hours of the next morning, made it impossible to sleep.

The staff warmed our food we bought somewhere and plated it perfectly.

The breakfast was great Variety of food, the Supper was so affordable the Staff were friendly and offered us with great service

The welcome and assurance by the staff The place is warm and welcoming.

There were group of people making noise. I do not if is was an apartment party or what. The noise was unbearable.

The location is great and the people are friendly and honest.

The room lacks some facilities e.g. wardrobes.

The food was good with great restaurant staff.Concierge was polite and helpful.

They did not frequently change linen.We missed airpods from our room and despite Find My airpods showing that there were at the property, we did not get the expected assistance and /or feedback from the hotel staff.
